A very warm welcome by the owner, a little positiv adventure to come to house with an SUV.
There is everything in the house you need and the location is very central. You are just a view steeps away from the beach and also from the shopping area where you can buy your food or go out for dinner.

The property is ideally located on the edge of the Old town of La Ciotat and in easy walking distance of the lovely harbour , restaurants , cafes , markets as well as beaches.
The property is extremely well equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable . Patrick is a welcoming host on hand if needed .
.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for those using public transport , or with a small car as the narrow entrance to the road and garage makes access very difficult as mentioned in other reviews.

We spend a week in the spacious house and enjoyed the vicinity of shops, restaurants, beach and port. The owner, Patrick, is very helpful and correct.
The house is clean, comfortable and all is in good working order. The cutlery and kitchen content is suitable for extensive cooking and dining. The kids would like to have faster Wifi but that will probably never be fast enough for them... All in all, a really nice stay, thank you Patrick for your hospitality!

Ein schönes und zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Sowohl der Weg zum Wasser (auch Strand), als auch zu allen wichtigen Läden (wie z.B. morgens zum Bäcker und Obst und Gemüsehändler) in der Fußgängerzone ist wirklich überschaubar. 3 bis 6 Minuten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage in der historischen Altstadt ist es sehr ruhig. Man hört den Wind und das Vogelgezwitscher und natürlich die eigenen Stimmen. Ein Paradies.
Alles was die kleine Hafenstadt La Ciotat zu bieten hat ist sehr gut zu Fuß und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, der Hafen mit seinen Bars und Restaurants und Märkten usw.
Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und die Einrichtung übertrifft die Erwartungen, die die Fotos in der Anzeige geschürt haben.
Auch über den Vermieter können wir nur gutes sagen und die Kommentare der anderen Bewertungen bestätigen. Er ist freundlich, kompetent und stets hilfsbereit.
Wir haben in dem Haus und der kleinen Hafenstadt wirklich schöne Tage verbracht und nichts vermisst.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr netter Vermieter
Das Haus liegt am Rand der Altstadt von La Ciotat. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem kleinen Wohngebiet am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse und ist damit sehr ruhig. Der supernette Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal ein paar Tage ein La Ciotat verbringen, mieten wir das Objekt sehr gerne wieder.

Un vrai bonheur
Nous avons passé une semaine dans une maison,villa très confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût,elle est très fonctionnelle et reposante.Cette maison est également très bien équipée en vaisselle comme en ustensiles..il ne manque RIEN. D’autre part tous les commerces sont à proximité ,pas besoin de sortir la voiture,tout peut se faire à pied....la rue commerçante est très chouette et les commerçants aussi…
En résumé nous recommandons fortement cette adresse et son propriétaire qui est adorable et très accueillant..MERCI MERCI..

Très belle location
Belle maison spacieuse et joliment décorée. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. On se sent chez soi tout de suite. L'accès au garage est un peu délicat, mais la situation est parfaite pour découvrir la Ciotat sans voiture.Tout se trouve à proximité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Die Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet! In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, bis zum Kinderbesteck, der Salatschleuder und scharfen Messern war alles da!
Es gibt sehr viele Spielsachen und Bücher für Kinder, was wir wirklich super fanden!
Die Zimmeraufteilung des Hauses ist für Familien besonders praktisch.
Wunderbar ist es auch, dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten am Meer, beim Bäcker, Supermarkt oder in der Altstadt ist.
Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der einzige Nachteil ist die schon oft genannte Zufahrt zu dem Haus. Mit einem VW T 6 ist ein direktes Parken vor dem Haus trotz guter Parkkünste nicht möglich, die Straße, bzw Kurve ist extrem eng . Wir haben untern am Hafen geparkt, was im Oktober kostenlos war.
Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. La maison était parfaite pour nous, très bien équipée et tout près des plages, du port et du centre ville. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour nos 3 jeunes filles: jouets, livres, jeux de plage ainsi qu’une cour et un petit jardin bien agréable! Très bon accueil des propriétaires, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Au-delà de nos attentes
Maison très bien placée - sûr-équipée: pour les amateurs de cuisine, rien ne manque : batteur, mixeur, cocotte minute et je passe sur les faitouts et casseroles ! Vaisselle en profusion. L’espace de vie est une vrai havre de paix et d’espace mêlant intelligemment cuisine et salon. Pour ceux qui télétravaillent, un espace bureau /couloir permet de s’isoler et d’être au calme.
Avec des ados, situation idéale à proximité immediate du centre ville et des plages (2 min en trainant les pieds?!) sans en subir les inconvénients sonores. Très confortable si bien que ces mêmes ados rechignent à en sortir!
L’espace extérieur est aussi très bien agencé : grande terrasse ensoleillée baignant la maison de clarté et coin verdure.
Tres tres bonne surprise pour nous qui souhaitons deja y revenir mais comme toutes les bonnes adresses, la maison est deja réservée au Printemps et à l’Ete.
Les hôtes sont charmants , disponibles et tres accommodants.
Ne pas hésiter.

Belle maison de vacances
Contacts réactifs et cordiaux avec le propriétaire d'abord. La maison a l'avantage d'être très calme car au fond de deux impasses et à la fois toute proche de la mer. Immense pièce de vie très appréciable et joliment décorée avec un (sur)équipement cuisine parfait. La terrasse extérieure patio était également très sympa. On peut y accéder des chambres directement puisqu'elles donnent sur celle ci. Bref une maison de vacances idéale !!

Patrick, der Vermieter, ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam , zugleich aber auch sehr unaufdringlich!
Das Haus ist wunderschön und gemütlich, die Lage hervorragend (Strand u Geschäfte alle fußläufig erreichbar).
Das Gebiet ist darüber hinaus sehr gut für einen Urlaub geeignet (Calanques, Cassis, ...).

Schönes Haus in zentraler, ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich gegenüber und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber unaufdringlich.
Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, und das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Schön ist auch die Terrasse mit einem großen Marktschirm und zwei Sonnenliegen.
Es wurde auch an Kleinigkeiten wie Wäsvheklammern und -korb gedacht. Alles in allem sehr praktisch und wohnfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très propre.
Elle est idéalement placée dans la ville, tout se fait à pied (commerçants, port, plage) tout en étant au calme car dans une impasse.
La terrasse avec un parasol est agréable pour y prendre ses repas et lire sur une chaise longue. Merci d'avoir mis à notre disposition des livres et jeux de sociétés pour les enfants.
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, et nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait des produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée.
Nous serions ravis de revenir une prochaine fois!

Traumhaus in toller Urlaubsregion
Dieses Haus in La Ciotat lässt kaum Wünsche offen:
- wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente, eine großzügige Terrasse, ein riesiger Wohn- Essbereich,
- super Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr, auch für Kinder (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen)
-prima Lage, Bäcker, Fußgängerzone, Supermarkt, Strand, Hafen, Promenade, alles in der unmittelbaren Nähe
- freundlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der uns mit leckeren Keksen willkommen geheißen hat und (zum Glück für uns) super Englisch spricht.
- prima Ausgangsstation für viele Ausflüge in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung
- die einzige Herausforderung - wie hier schon einige Male beschrieben - ist die Zufahrt durch die engen Gassen. Mit etwas Geduld aber gut machbar
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses tolle Haus buchen und uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very well equipped property, spacious lounge, bedrooms a bit small, but beds are comfortable. The shelving in bedrooms would be better cut in half and hanging space installed- just a suggestion!

Un petit bémol : il vaut mieux avoir une petite voiture pour se faufiler facilement dans les ruelles jusqu'au garage.
Heureusement la maison est à deux pas du centre ville et des plages.

Erholsamer Urlaub in großzügigem Ferienhaus
Geschmackvoll und sehr vollständig eingerichtetes (inklusive Waschmittel, Spültabs etc) großes Haus am Ende einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Einfahrt sieht für deutsche Autofahrer erschreckend eng aus, ist aber auch für ein großes Auto mit Ruhe zu bewältigen. Der Besitzer hilft dabei gerne, und dann steht das Auto sehr geschützt in einer geräumigen Garage, in der ggf. auch zwei Fahrzeuge Platz hätten. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Häfen und das lebendige Städtchen sind dann alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kleinkindern - bei Bedarf auch das Krankenhaus (was wir glücklicherweise nicht brauchten). Besonders schön fanden wir den botanischen Garten Parc du Mugel, aber auch Ausflüge entlang der Route des Crêtes nach Cassis und Marseille. Die Kinder spielten aber auch gerne im Haus und im großzügigen Außenbereich, auch mit dem Spielzeug vor Ort. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt gegenüber, haben aber keine direkte Einsicht und sind ausgesprochen diskret, aber auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Fenster des Hauses sind mit Moskitogittern versehen, was Mitte September auch gut war, obwohl wir praktisch keinen Regen und noch sehr sommerliche Temperaturen hatten. Insbesondere das Meer lud mit ca. 25 Grad um diese Zeit noch jeden Tag zum Schwimmen ein.
