Facing south, the house opens widely to nature and offers a soothing view of the Alpilles landscapes from every room. The garden, located at the back of the house, is fenced on the road side, providing a pleasant and secure outdoor space. The rest of the land is naturally bordered by hedges and ditches.

On the ground floor, a bedroom/office with a sofa bed, a living room with a fireplace conducive to relaxation, and an open dining room create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bright and independent kitchen invites you to enjoy Provencal mornings facing the Alpilles.

Upstairs, 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 master suite with a 160 bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a view of the Château des Baux; a 2nd modular bedroom (2 beds of 90 or 1 bed of 180), connecting with the 3rd; and a 3rd bedroom with a 160 bed and a private shower.

In summer, the pool house and the unheated 5x10 cm pool secured with an electric cover become the heart of the garden. Stone terrace, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower complete this space dedicated to relaxation. A path lined with olive trees leads to the farmhouse, while several shaded areas welcome meals and aperitifs. Further down, the garden offers a boules court, a table tennis table, games for children, and a breathtaking view of the Alpilles.
