This place is just a few steps away from the best bay to snorkel in the area. From the room I could hear the waves. The bed was really comfy and the room full of light. It's run by a family, they all were so nice and helpful. The front part is a Warung so you can eat there or just relax in the deck chairs with a cold coconut as is your patio. They also rent all the necessary equipment for snorkeling. I's also very close to everything, you can walk to good cafes, bars, exchange, sunset points, etc. Loved it.
It was a bit difficult to get there as the entrance says Warung something but not Win. Still managed to get there.

I stayed at Warung Win and Homestay for 5 nights and had a really great experience. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach, with plenty of corals right in front, making it perfect for snorkeling anytime of the day.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and local, which I really appreciated. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to go straight into the water was definitely a highlight.
The warung itself serves tasty, simple food at good prices, and it’s super convenient to have it right there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help if needed but never intrusive.
If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic beachfront stay with easy access to snorkeling and a laid-back vibe, I would definitely recommend this place. Great value for money and a lovely experience overall.

Постельное белье чистое, номер соответствует фото. Но после предыдущих гостей осталось использованное мыло, которое не убрали.
Сотрудники любезно предоставили завтрак. рядом красивая бухта, можно посмотреть кораллы и рыбок. На этом, к сожалению, всё.
Из моего номера моря не видно — обзор полностью перекрывает соседнее здание с кухней. Шума прибоя я практически не слышала, потому что вместо него звучала громкая местная музыка.
Вечером мне не удалось посидеть у океана в тишине — там расположилась компания местной молодежи, которая слушала музыку на полную громкость. К ночи веселье только усилилось под влиянием алкоголя: музыка стала громче, добавились крики, ругань и звуки рвоты. Создалось четкое впечатление, что в приоритете здесь — собственное веселье хозяев и их знакомых, а не покой и комфорт жильцов.
Ночью ко всему этому добавились петухи, так что рассчитывать на спокойный сон точно не стоит.
