The house is spacious and have 4 rooms.
Place is clean.
Check in is easy.
The air-con for 1 of the room upstairs and hall were not working.

Had a pleasant stay for one night. The homestay was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was convenient and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again
Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the TV facilities during our stay as the Android TV box provided in the unit was not functioning.
After a long day outside, we were looking forward to relaxing and watching some TV when we returned to the homestay, but unfortunately we had to spend the night without any TV entertainment.
It would be appreciated if the Android box could be checked or replaced for future guests. Hopefully, this can be resolved so that the next guests can fully enjoy the facilities provided.

Big and spacious, sufficient beds for the family.
Sufficient rubbish bins.
1) no tea towels at all, not even kitchen papers;
2) the utensils (spoons, forks, pots) were old and stained;
3) the toilet bowl in the master bedroom was choked. I contacted the owner but there was no respond;
4) there should be a shower curtain to separate the wet area from dry area;
5) there was no counter in the toilets to place the toiletries;
6) there should be more counters in the master bedroom place stuff and
7) there was no power point in the bedroom on level 1.
