About this cottage rental
You will love the central location of this charming stand alone cottage just over one block from the cobblestones of lower Main Street! (17a Washington St, across from flagpole). The 1 bedroom is well equipped with high end appliances, washer, dryer, central air conditioner, two flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room, pull out sofa in Livingroom). Gleaming hardwood floors, wainscoting on walls, cathedral ceilings, new kitchen, new bathroom, new everything! High end kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and wine cooler. This cottage will comfortably hold a couple. All you can wish for with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops all a very short and lovely walk. If you prefer to have a car let us know, as there is parking available.
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Five stars across the board. The property location was fantastic and very clean and easy to get into. The host was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Wonderfully accommodating hosts! Great location, very close to ferry and shops off main street. Our hosts made the check-in and check out process seamless. Would def stay again on our next visit!
