The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2nd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the secure balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.n until Bayamon.

Mr. Sam.Was the host who gave us instruction how to access into the property located near Condado, he was very help full, and welcoming also very affordable, the Neighborhood is quayet and is great for a family of 4 or more I will return and stay there next time.Thank you Mr.Sam.

I was surprised by the size of the location. It is in walking distance to popular spots. If you're not afraid to walk a little. Manager is very nice as well.
