Newly Renovated December 2019 - All New Stainless Steel Appliances, Cabinets, Countertops, Wall Art, Paint, TV. Large, 1,100 SF condo with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor of The Nordic Inn. 1st floor unit offers parking directly in front of the unit, with access from the parking lot. This eliminates the hassle of having to enter through the lobby and and walk a distance through hallways to the unit. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a full, private bathroom with a new 32" flat screen TV. The Second Bedroom features two full-size beds, a large flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. The Living Room features a large flat screen TV with cable TV, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a large, walk-out balcony. There is a full kitchen with a dining area that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar. Since I purchased the unit I have bought: Eddie Bauer Bed Quilts. 500 - 600 TC Sheets for all beds Microfiber Blankets for all beds Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths - Good Quality Bath mats Shower curtain liners 3 new TV's 13 piece CuisinArt pots and pans Baking pans, pizza pan, cookie sheets, lasagne pan, etc 24 piece drinkware set Coffee Pots Charbroil electric grill 65 piece Henckel flatware set 17 piece KitchenAid kitchen tool set Artwork for the walls All new bedroom furniture in 2nd bedroom Bed shirts Vacuum cleaner Keyless entry deadbolts so keys are not required Hair dryers for both bathrooms Pillow covers Mattress pads Area rugs Tupperware Knife sets etc. Located in the heart of the White Mountains, there is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, swimming holes, and fishing. The complex offers resort style amenities including indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a Health Club with weights and cardio equipment, locker rooms with showers, an indoor racquet ball court, 3 dry saunas, an on-site laundry facility, an outdoor BBQ area, and a game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and video games. All of this is located within the Nordic inn, and there is NO RESORT FEE to use the amenities. They are available free to my guests. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi. A free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain runs every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday, and secure ski storage lockers are in the building. Discounted ski tickets are available for many of the local ski areas. Located on the scenic Kancamagus Highway and just 1 mile off Exit 32 on I-93. The property is in the center of the town of Lincoln, and is within walking distance of dining, pubs, entertainment, swimming holes, hiking, and biking trails. Only a short drive away is skiing (Loon Mountain - 1.5 miles, Cannon Mountain - 10 minutes), the Lost River Gorge, Clark's Trading Post (bear shows, steam locomotive, museums, circus acts, etc.) Whale's Tale Water Park, zip lines, hiking, and other activities. Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away. Rental includes bed linens and bath towels. We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided. The unit is professionally cleaned. I am sorry but pets are not allowed due to association rules. Clean. Nice decor. Updated kitchen. First floor. Pool and hot tub the kiddos enjoyed (short walk through the Inn’s hallway). Close to Loon. Shuttle service. Minor suggestions for the owner: hooks for pool towels to dry and a large frying pan for those that like to cook.

Very comfortable and clean with well stocked kitchen in a great location. Very short drive to Loon Mountain and the rest of Lincoln. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. Great family amenities which include an excellent weight & cardio room, indoor pool, spacious hot tub, and game room; all of which we enjoyed. Fun board/card games and cable TV for down time. There was also racquet ball room which we might take advantage of next time as well. The only negatives were that the furniture seems a bit big for the space but it was all still comfortable. The Wifi signal was really weak so not great if you're planning to work remotely or watch any streaming media; almost none existent as more people checked in later in the week.

We had a great time staying in this condo. All the information we needed was provided beforehand, the condo was clean and inviting, and the indoor pool access was a great perk! The location was great with coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping all close by. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was wonderful! Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and just an overall perfect retreat! Had everything you could need and centrally located! The owner was extremely quick to respond and was sick to offer some amazing places to visit! Would definitely recommend!

Nicely updated and decorated. Great amenities for rainy days. We were close to all the local attractions and a beautiful ride down the Kangamagus! We had fast contact with the owner. Reported one of the toilets leaking and it was repaired within a couple of hours.

Everything was as expected. Great location, very clean and wonderfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, although they did squeak quite a bit when turning over. I would recommend this location and hoping to book this place again soon.

I looked at so many places I didn't realize that this condo was at the front of the building on the 1st floor. Problem was because it was bike week it was very noisy. Other than that the place was very clean and comfortable. We hiked every day and we were only home after dinner so it was showers and comfort that was needed. It is within walking distance of many places so very convenient. Owner was very responsive.

Condo was clean, cozy and Kitchen area has everything needed for cooking. It is located close to the downtown area, so everything is in walking distance and is 5 minutes from Loon MTN. The facility has a nice pool and hot tub for relaxing and a game room for kiddos.

Everything was so clean, location great. I would recommend this rental. Care was taken with furniture and linens, great place. Wi-Fi wasn’t great but that’s probably overall location of the mountain setting. On vacation, live without the internet.
