Situated in Leamington, this lovely cottage for $170 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This stylish renovated 4 seasons cottage is situated on a double lot with a 60 x 80 waterfront(lake) lot. 2 Bedrooms(1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles), 2 PC Bath, washer and dryer. Open concept living area/kitchen 2 Double sliding doors with lake view, wrap around deck. Lake lot is the left lot located diagonally across from the property. Gas Furnace & Central Air. Whatever kind of vacation you are looking for we have something for everyone! Leamington is located on the north shores of Lake Erie and is just a day trip from London, Kitchener-Waterloo, northeastern Ohio, and southeastern Michigan and is world renowned for its bird watching and outdoor activities. Located on the 42nd parallel Leamington Ontario is in line with Northern California, the French Riviera and Rome Italy. Thousands of visitors from all over the world travel to the Windsor-Essex to see the variety of birds that flock to the area as we are known as one of North America's premier bird-watching hot spots. Cyclists and hikers will love our expansive trail system which allows them a safe scenic exploration from our roadside fruit and vegetable stands our u-pick produce or our diverse culinary fabric which is strongly influenced by the local agricultural landscape. With so much to do and see, you can visit Point Pelee and enjoy the beach or visit Pelee Island and enjoy the day with Wine tasting and cycling. Maybe even take a more relaxed approach while strolling our scenic waterfront and taking in the music at one of our weekend waterfront musical performances or enjoying Art @ the Marina. Bring the family to one of our exciting Festivals and Events held throughout the year or beat the heat at our splash pad beach volleyball court and with a day at Seacliff Beach.

This cottage was amazing! It's quaint and was perfect for what we were looking for. It was also awesome that a pass to Point Pelee National park was included as well. We spent so much time in the park, and it was incredible.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be sure to visit the area again sometime!

We had a great trip. We enjoyed biking with our 6 and 4 year old to 2 beaches. We fished off the bridge and had a great time. The pass to Point Pelee was well used and we had a few great days at the park. The cottage had all amenities and we had some fun times as a family. Thanks again!

Cottage was clean and had most of what you need to enjoy your stay. Sits on a road across the from the Lake. Beautiful view and gorgeous sunset at night. Good location. Not too far of a drive from amenities.

We spent a week here and enjoyed both the property and its proximity to the area’s attractions. The cottage with central air/heating sits on a generous property with hammock, yard games, and fire pit in the back, and a barbecue and view of the lake across the road at front, which made for a consistent breeze of fresh air. Fireflies in the back yard and across the neighbouring field at night were magical. Satellite TV and Internet kept us connected, and the National Park season pass permitted regular access to Point Pelee and its many beaches (there’s also a quiet beach just 1 km down the road). A great shower with instant hot water and a washer/dryer kept things fresh. Nothing you need in town is more than a 15-minute drive away. My 2nd time visiting the area and a great place to stay if I return again.

We stayed for two nights with a family of four and two behaved cats. The home was clean and well kept and we had no issues. Great location a walk from a nice long beach and quiet lakeside area.

We really enjoyed the roomy lot to play frisbee and have the kids horse around in. the cottage was small but surprisingly fit a lot into that little space. our family of 4 plus one medium sized dog never felt crammed at all. We particularly thought the deck was handy! it was spacious for barbecuing and had a gate to keep our dog enclosed but happily sunbathing in the phenomenal weather.

Very large lot so much room for the dog .with the large deck around the cottage and the gate to keep the dog in awesome .We would go back again that’s sure.

Stayed her for a few nights with a couple of girl friends. The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out at the awesome fire pit in the yard and the porch/deck was great for sitting on and watching the lake across the road.
We would absolutely stay here again and enjoyed every moment of being here!

Beautiful cottage
Stayed her for a few nights with a couple of girl friends. The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out at the awesome fire pit in the yard and the porch/deck was great for sitting on and watching the lake across the road.
We would absolutely stay here again and enjoyed every moment of being here!

We enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed that we were not actually on the beach and found a lot of dirty dishes. overall was nice

Fantastic
We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could of stayed longer. The beach down the road was great but the water access mentioned across the road is dangerous. Besides that there’s nothing but positives.

Family Introduction
I rented the cottage to spend time with my son and his fiance's family and it was a much needed vacation for us. We loved the spot, the town and the beaches, Pelee Point, kayaking and spending time together. This was the first time I met my son's future family so I was thrilled when all the siblings came down to spend a few days! It was a great time for all of us.

liked the property, cute cottage, owners made it simple for us, just Covid and weather changed the experience . Unfortunate that the nearest beach has been closed for quite awhile and nothing happening on Pelee Island and no rentals at Pelee Point. Good overall thank you

We had a fantastic time staying here. The cottage had everything that we needed for our family. A Wonderful Holiday
We had a fantastic time staying here. The cottage had everything that we needed for our family. Adorable cottage in lovely area
This cottage is so cute and comfortable and the views from the front and back are gorgeous. A great weekend getaway for those in Windsor, only 45 min away. We’d come and stay again in a heartbeat. :)

Excellent Family Getaway
My wife, toddler, and I thoroughly enjoyed this property as an excellent weekend getaway. It was the perfect opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and was close to the beach for a lovely day trip. We will certainly come back this way in the future.

Quiet and comfortable.
Great experience staying at the cottage. Simple but clean and comfortable. We were day tripping from the cottage so it was perfect for us. Ceiling fans have been installed in bedrooms which corrected the lack of overhead lighting mentioned in earlier reviews. And it seemed pretty well equipped as well. Internet and Cable were working with easy instructions and there was a nice book giving directions to things nearby
We were able to pick up a park pass early as we were passing by which was very nice and convenient.

Great Location
Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of the lake. Just a quick 10 minute drive to Leamington which was convenient. The cottage was fairly clean, and accommodated our group of 5 nicely. Our only suggestion would be better pillows :)

Good hosts.
The cottage was cute and we loved the large deck for meals and lounging. The beds were also really comfortable. It was incredibly hot during our stay, but thankfully the owners supplied us with the key to adjust the temperature after our first night. They were quick to respond and help us. The property was big, but looked a little grungy and unkempt in some areas. Lake Erie is beautiful to see across the street, but we were expecting access to the water across the street as that was originally pictured with a bench in the listing when I booked several months ago. Unfortunately the water levels are so high, so I imagine the bench was taken away. We found a cute little beach only 2 minutes away, which helped make up for that. Over all we had a great time with friends and the hosts were great!

Not bad
The house was fairly clean when we checked in. Nice quiet road. We just had poor weather and most of the property and drive way was flooded. Very wet spring and record high water levels may be to blame. Over all "cozy" place to stay.

Just what we needed.
Clean comfortable simple. Peaceful setting singing birds. Lapping water sounds. Area recently had high water but had receded before we arrived. Beach erosion and attempts to slow erosion with rip rap can be seen. But does not ruin experience. Short drive to conveniences but still feel away from the crowds. Great for children and small family. Though we did not have children with us. Just sisters seeing the birds and nature.

FLOODING MAY KEEP YOU FROM GETTING TO THIS PROPERTY
We had hoped to have four lovely days in this cottage to enjoy birding at Point Pelee National Park. Two of the days experienced high east winds and lowland flooding - over the roads to get to this cottage as well as surrounding the cottage. So how good is a VRBO when you can't get there!. Owners were very unsympathetic. We'll never stay here again and suggest others look for other accommodations!!!
