The apartment has its own entrance from the Campiello dei Miracoli. Ground floor, very bright, with 7 windows - 6 with view of the canal and 1 on the Campiello.

The location was great for us. The kitchen/living room, and bathroom is very small. The main bedroom was more spacious but had a very small TV, and very hard mattress. The secondary bedroom has two oddly placed twin beds one of which didn't have sheets on the mattress. It was wonderful having air conditioning, and overall had a good charm. Make sure to keep the door latched, some old man who didn't speak English had a key, he seemed nice but it was odd and a little scary.

Clean, comfortable and an excellent location. My friend and I were happy with this quaint apartment. The beds were comfortable and there were some basic amenities to make a breakfast or quick meal in the kitchen. Towels and linens were nice. But the star of this place is the location. It was a convenient walk to everything but out of the frey of the crowds. The canal wraps around the building so you can get an up close view of the gondolas. There were enough restaurants in the area, especially the pizza place on the other side of the square. I highly recommend this apartment for your Venice trip! If Agnese is not there to welcome you, her delightful friend will assist.

The location was great! Near most things but still in a quieter square of Venice. Cute bar right across the bridge.
Took a minute for me to relax at this place though. The kitchen sink and bathroom shower were rusty, the bedding was clean but the bed itself is super outdated and squeaks with every move, there’s a shower curtain over the cleaning supplies in the bathroom and everything looks dusty and dirty which doesn’t make you feel the best about sanitation for the place, basically no storage for belongings in the bathroom. Great AC units though!
