Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Good deck and hot tub with view and that’s what we wanted. Typical rental with some wonky features but overall no complaints. Yard is not fenced off for dogs but place was clean and well maintained.

House is in a nice location, a short walk to the beach through a pleasant residential neighborhood. Upon arrival, we discovered the gas fireplace did not work, (just an "inconvenience," we were told). Baseboard heat works fine, but it would have been easy and appropriate for the property managers to inform us of this
"inconvenience" before we arrived and were unpleasantly surprised. The water pressure in the kitchen is extremely low and the temperature unreliable, another "inconvenience." If you want to fill the crab pot, start the water and take a walk -- you'll have plenty of time for it. It's a nice house, lovely views, but not well-managed. Guests' comfort doesn't seem to be a priority.
