Located in Sandpoint, this attractive condo for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large, one level, first floor 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo located on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille at Condo Del Sol within walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. Best of all - direct access from the patio to the pool!! No walking around the building! Easy to access first floor property at Condo Del Sol. The unit is freshly painted with new LVT flooring. Super fast fiber WiFi, upgraded bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and A/C (seasonal, in living room, dining room, bedroom 1). The condo sleeps 5-6 guests comfortably. Accommodations include 2 private bedrooms(2 twins and Queen); each has a ceiling fan, cozy electric fireplace, television and window air conditioner unit (bedroom 1 only). The third bedroom has a twin daybed as well as a large desk. Enjoy heated community pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball and boat slip (seasonal) included during the summer! The large comfortable living room area includes a sofa, love seat and rocking chair, large HDTV with cable channels, DVD player and electric fireplace (for ambiance and heat). The spacious dining room features a dining table with six chairs as well as four stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a rocking chair, perfect for reading. The patio is just outside the slider with seating for six to enjoy the view of the pool, lake and surrounding mountains. And unique to this 3 bedroom ground floor unit, you'll have direct access from the patio to the back lawn and pool area. A boat slip is included when the marina is open during the warm summer months. Two heated community swimming pools are open from approx. Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool directly from the deck (no walking around the building). There are also two tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and a basketball court. Enjoy the beautiful grassy and manicured grounds. Charcoal or propane grills available for community use. Some sports equipment is available for your use. Please ask. Private, secure storage for your bikes, kayak and canoe may be available - please inquire. Downtown Sandpoint is a 5-7 minute walk where you will find unique shops and excellent, affordable restaurants and City Beach. Sandpoint is known for it's year round outdoor activities. Fall brings beautiful colors and cooler weather for hiking, bird watching or photography. World class skiing at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is a half hour drive away (public transportation is available too). A perfect weekend getaway or relaxing family vacation! Silverwood Theme Park is only 30 minutes away.

Great Layout!
We really enjoyed our time at Sandpoint. This condo was great and had everything we needed. My teenage daughter loved having her own space! The train and highway are close by so that did get a little noisy at night but overall a great experience.

Sandpoint getaway
Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting family in the area. The kids loved the pool, we loved the easy access to town. There was plenty of space for all of us and condo was well-stocked. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Sandpoint to visit family. The back patio goes directly out to the pool and is close to the lake access. Lisa was very accommodating to an additional request we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was comfortable with plenty of room and a nice view of the lake and pool. It is close to the freeway and train, which was a little noisy at night. I wanted to talk to someone in the office a few times, but it was closed due to COVID-19 precautions. Lisa was responsive to messages and took care of us.

We have stayed at Condo Del Sol once before and knew we liked the property/location. We really enjoyed the layout of this condo. I would say it's a great layout for two couples or a family if you don't mind your kids being in a bedroom a little far from your bedroom. For us, with two teens, it was GREAT. :-) If my kiddo was little, it might have been a bit far. We didn't really use/need the 3rd bedroom but it was a great 3rd bedroom option for another person, it just has a twin bed. There are two AC units and 2 fans that kept the unit cool and comfortable. We utilized the kitchen and made breakfast every day. One thing we like about Condo Del Sol specifically is how walkable to town it is so we enjoyed going into town for dinner every night and lunch one day. Another major bonus to this unit is that it comes with a boat slip. We brought our boat and really enjoyed having lunch at the Floating Restaurant in Hope and at Dish in Dover Bay via the boat two of our days. One of the days was spent at Silverwood, which is only a half an hour away. Condo del Sol itself seemed like maybe a little yard work needed to be done which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on cleanliness of property. This unit has also seen a little wear and tear but honestly, it's such a great unit and so many great things about this vacation rental overall, I would still highly recommend. Lisa was really great to work with, I had a few questions for her and she always got back to me very promptly. The girls only swam in the pool once, but it was nice to have it here, steps from the condo. Another thing I appreciated was all the comfortable furniture and the fact that the TV had "smart TV" apps - two of the nights we relaxed and watched our favorite Netflix show before bed. Great time at Sandpoint!
Great location ! You'll be walking distance of everything and a beautiful downtown with good restaurants, shopping , city beach , etc . We also enjoyed the condo stay , it was spacious, comfortable and clean . Lisa , the owner , was in contact with us all the time before about arrival . Neighbourhood is safe, quiet , free parking, nice pool . We will be back !

Well situated, close to shopping and many great restaurants. Communication with Lisa was fast and easy. Unit is a bit dated and worn but it was clean and the well stocked kitchen and homie feel makes up for it. Only thing the condo is missing is a hot tub.

Great space and location
Great rental for a family. Was walking distance to the cute downtown area and the city Beach. Direct access to the river and a heated pool in front. Had all the things you would need in the kitchen. Everything was very well stocked. Owner was very good and communicated frequently to make sure we were ready before our stay and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again when we come back.

Dirty, short on towels, excessive cleaning to do.
She charged us for bringing our child under 18. So make sure you list if you have a child! First night was spent washing soiled bedding. The place was not clean. We had to go buy cleaning products, and wipe everything down. The carpets are old and heavily stained. There was poor communication. We have rented all over with out issues. Being charged a high fee, and asked to clean everything. She should consider using that money for a professional cleaning service, and have a smaller check out list.

Well-equipped, centrally located condo
Two couples shared this condo for a week of skiing. Both bedrooms had comfy beds, TVs & heaters, adjoining bathrooms and were well separated from each other. The communal area had large living room with TV/heater, dining room, and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of windows with light streaming in. A great place to stay!

Pleasant Condo in a great location
We enjoyed our time in this condo while in Sandpoint to ski. It was comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We loved having plenty of room at the dining table and a large living room to sit and visit in. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook our meals here. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms very clean. The electric fireplaces create a nice ambiance in the winter. We would stay here again on an adults trip! I would not bring kids as it is too hard to ensure they wouldn't spill on the light colored carpet and are not as disciplined at always taking shoes off before entering.

The condo was very nice! Spacious and clean. It is an excellent location for all things Sandpoint and a quick drive to Schweitzer. Perfect spot for a ski trip!

This condo was just as represented
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and and comfortable for three of us. It is in a very central location for access to skiing at Schweitzer Mountain and to get to Sandpoint's downtown restaurant area easily. Outside temperatures during our stay were very cold (4 deg. F) and windy but the the heating system worked great and we were very comfortable.

The condo was better than expected. It is big and spacious. It is beautifully decorated and it definitely cared for by its owners. It provided us with all the comforts of home while we were away from our home. Thank You!!
