I recently stayed in Salida, CO, and I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my visit.The Modern Ground Floor Suite, complete with a private custom flagstone patio and a small yard, was delightful. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. One thing to keep in mind is that being a ground-floor suite means there is an apartment above. This was unexpected and occasionally affected my sleep quality; however, the disruptions were minor and not a significant problem.Inside the suite, the living room provided a comfortable seating area and a large flat-screen TV, offering a variety of entertainment options. The adjacent dining area was conveniently arranged, and the kitchen was well-stocked, with extra effort made to provide all the essentials a traveler might need, along with full-sized appliances.The bedroom was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space, although the drawers under the mattress weren't immediately obvious. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, but could benefit from a shelf or small cabinet for personal toiletries.Initially, the location felt somewhat isolated; however, once I became familiar with the area, I appreciated the quiet residential location, which was convenient for exploring all that Salida has to offer.The host was incredibly attentive and very responsive to all of my needs, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I visit the area again, I would undoubtedly consider returning.

This was a nice property but part of a larger house and you could hear everything from the rest of the house.
