Location and staff.
Room adjacent to the street = noise and traffic. Not anything the accommodation can do about that.

The location is very good, close to center and bus station.
Some renovations may be needed for the room and also for the reception. I do not know what to say about the broken ceiling right above the reception counter, and the room door handle what remained in my hand. Also needs more attention in terms of cleanliness for sure! And last but not least the pilows were extremely bad! Woke up with a sore neck every morning.

Location and facilities
Unfortunately, it was very noisy, and we struggled to sleep even during the quiet hours due to people outside drinking, chatting loudly, and shouting.

The location was perfect!! It was right in the city centre. I liked that there was a kitchen with enough plates and cups for both of us. The view was also amazing. We could see the ferris wheel through the windows and a bit of St. Stephen's Basilica.
The location was great and we had a good stay, but I wonder if some things were really clean. For example the dishcloth, it looked used with a few dirty stains and it was wet. Also the towels, it didn't smell good. It smelled a little like sweat. The floors didn't look as neat as the pictures.
