Situated in Sunny Isles Beach, this charming apartment hotel for $165 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE: This property charges a $30.00 per day (plus tax - $33.90) resort fee, due at check-in. It includes beach chairs, beach towels, access to the pool, incoming faxes, voicemail, local calls and fitness center. There are plenty of resort amenities to enjoy at this resort property situated beachfront in the heart of Sunny Isles–North Miami Beach, FL. This cozy and charming one bedroom city view suite features a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge. Please note that this suite does not have a balcony or a kitchen; however, there is a restaurant and a breakfast café on site. The resort is directly on the beach featuring lounge chairs and tiki huts. Beach chairs and towels are included. The onsite amenities include Lobby Café, Coconuts poolside bar & grill, day spa, fitness center, pool, kiddie pool, playground (currently inaccessible), towel service, scheduled activities, mini market, Valet parking (fee), concierge, laundry facility (fee), complimentary local calls, and ice vending machines. UPDATE - Effective Aug. 11, 2023 The Pool, Pool deck and Coconut Bar & Grill is now open. Pool hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. Please note, Newport Beachside is still under renovation (including unit refurbishment project). Amenities and services may be discontinued to facilitate the progress of the renovation project. The kid's playground will still be inaccessible during this time. Guests will have direct access to the beautiful beach to soak up the sun through a designated walkway. Resort will continue to offer all amazing beach amenities for your unforgettable getaway (subject to change at any time). ROOM AMENITIES: - Premium TV channels and pay movies - Music/iPod docking - Work desk - Air conditioning and climate control - Non-allergenic pillows - Blackout drapes/curtains - In-room Safe - Telephone, Voicemail, and wake-up calls - Mini refrigerator and Microwave - Alarm Clock - Complimentary toiletries - Hair dryer FAQs What recreational amenities does the resort offer? - Outdoor pool (during winter months) - Pool Bar/Lounge - Water Sports - Pier Fishing CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in time: 4:00 PM - Check-out time Monday - Friday: 11am. Saturday and Sunday is 10am. - Early Check-in or late Check-out is based upon availability (fee may apply). Minimum age to check-in - 21 years old to check-in. Can baggage be stored at the resort? - Yes, the bellman will be happy to store your bags. Can you store larger items, like bicycles? - No. Can you receive and hold packages for guests? Any limitations? - Packages can be held for 24 hours at no cost. There is a charge $3.00 per package per day after the first day, if the package is over 5lbs, the charge goes up to $5.00 per package per day per package. After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender. Please have packages marked with your name, "Hold for Guest Arrival” + date of arrival in the address box. Identification will be required for pick-up. What languages are spoken at the resort? - English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Danish and Russian. PARKING: - Yes, onsite self-parking is available for $25/tax per day fee. - Valet-parking available for $30/tax, per day fee. RESORT FEE: - The resort fee is $30 per day plus tax ($33.90) - Includes access to the pool, beach chairs and towels, incoming faxes, voicemail, local calls, and fitness center usage. - Upon arrival (at check-in), security deposit hold of $75 per day will be authorized on your credit/debit card. SMOKING: - All of the rooms in the resort are smoke-free. - There are designated smoking areas on property. PET POLICY: Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort does accept pets (dogs) no larger than 40 lbs. There is a $100 non-refundable fee (per pet). Room damages found after departure may result in additional charge. LAUNDRY - There is a guest laundry facility on property. The washer costs $1.50 and the dryer costs $1.00. ACCESSIBILITY: Can accessibility requests be made when booking? - Yes, you can make requests when booking. - The resort is ADA compliant. - We have accessible guest rooms available upon request. Do you have roll-a-way beds available? - Yes, roll-a-way beds are available for a daily fee payable to the resort. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. The valet, pool area and beach are the only nice things about this so called resort. I have never experienced such terrible customer service - throughout our stay. It's as if rudeness is a prerequisite for working in Fort Lauderdale. It's EVERYWHERE, not just this location. But we were paying guests here and expected at least common courtesy. Didn't even get that. We wish we had stayed elsewhere. The place inside is absolutely filthy! Literally black mold on the ceiling in the main lobby, nasty carpets throughout, dirty furniture in the lobby, dirty elevators, ceiling above the ice machine on the 4th floor had fallen in and was just left on top of the ice machine, soaking wet filthy towel left in the floor between that ice machine and the vending machine. Gross! Building maintenance is severely lacking. And forget having any complementary anything! There is an overpriced snack area with few options until about 10pm. After that, $3.50 soda vending machines are it. Food and drinks from the Coconut grill were good, but pricey. And the personnel there and at the valet were the ONLY ones who conducted themselves in any professional manner. There was nothing in the room with any hotel info whatsoever. And everytime we had to ask a question, we were treated as if it was a bother. Very few employees inside the hotel spoke English, so we had to rely on the front desk to answer every question. We couldn't wait to leave. Never again!

Room carpet was dirty and needs replaced also hallway smelled like urine and was very musty. Windows in room are very old and dirty. The staff was rude. Also everything costs extra for cabanas and cushions or umbrellas for beach chairs also you get charged a resort “use” fee.
The beach was nice but there’s plenty of beautiful beaches along Miami area. This place is horrible and probably the worst place I have ever stayed. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ALL FALSE ADVERTISING!

I would rate the hotel as a 3 at best definitely not a 5 Star. You also never contacted me till after we left so I don't see how you could have made any adjustments or corrected anything, because it was two days later that you reached out! My husband and I both agreed we would not be returning to your resort. I also am very upset that you took the liberty to give a 5 Star review in my name which to me is fraudulent! I will now post this in my review

Better off going to a Local hotel and walking across to the beach, buying an umbrella and chairs at a convenience store The $45 tiki hut rental fee is a little excessive considering you are already paying a “resort fee”. What exactly is this fee covering other than more profit?!? We wouldn’t come here again

Overall, the room was super clean and just what we needed for a weekend trip. had trouble with the fridge being cold, other than that AMAZING stay and area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable convenient
Good sized suite with partial view of the ocean. Beach and pool were lovely and everyone was easy to deal with even though it was a busy weekend. My only small complaint was the WiFi was erratic in the room. All the more reason to go outside! Make sure to get coffee and food at Area 57 across the street.

Property was great for price! Right on beach, and Kitchen 305 was amazing!
Great experience; room was very nice, with a microwave and fridge to make a little something to eat; nice sitting area and very comfortable bed. Right on beach which was awesome. Hotel restaurant was great...Friday night special all you can eat crab for $55 was amazing!
