Nestled in Sunny Isles Beach, this attractive condo for $180 per night is a great option for your next vacation. High floor fully finished one bedroom apartment with breathtaking Ocean and Intercostal views. Building constructed in 2005 directly on the Ocean. Kitchen: microwave; stove/oven; refrigerator, dishwasher, granite counter, silverware and dishes. Master bedroom: king size bed, TV, clock/radio, and DVD player. Family room: double sofa bed, table with chairs, and flat screen TV. Washer/dryer in the unit. Valet parking for one car, use of the hotel's resort gym, two beach chairs, four beach towels, one umbrella, wireless high speed Internet access in common areas and in-room, and FREE local phone calls. The hotel imposes mandatory Resort/Admin fee $38.50 per day and optional parking fee $30 per day. The fees above are payable directly to the hotel. ***Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our main priority. The construction area located on opposite side of the building and will not impact any of our amenities and services in this apartment. You may experience the extra noise outside of the building only. The construction is beyond our control, but your experience within our hotel remains our top priority. The host Boris was awesome. He took care of all our needs. The room was cozy and I can't say enough about The views of the beach and front street. The bed was so comfortable, I could lay in it all day. The location was on point with restaurants and shopping. The resort had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend you book with Boris, you want regret it.

Great view of the beach. Helpful staff at the front desk and throughout the facility. Nice location - easy walk to restaurants and grocery store; and driving distance to shopping malls, South Beach, Marlins stadium and other attractions.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is well equipped, and there were no problems. Nice balcony and view. Host is highly responsive, which is very important. Resort is nice too. One thing to keep in mind is there is no sun on the beach in the afternoon, due to shade from the high rises around. Overall great stay

Highly recommended! We stayed in this apartment last July for 10 days, this apartment was perfect for my wife and I with a balcony that gives a amazing view of the ocean, the beach and the intercostal. The apartment is super well equipped for cooking with full size fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. There is even a washer dryer. The bed is very comfortable and even gives a view of the ocean. Also equipped with an in-room safe large enough to fit a laptop. The apartment was very clean. Our host, Boris (the best host I've had since I rented apartments for vacation) is always ready to help or inform you very quickly.

Everything about this condo is perfect! Boris stayed in contact to make sure we were good. Exceptional host! The resort fees are not bad, the valet is fast, and the food here is good. Door Dash was great too! We will be back! Thank you for helping to make my birthday so special! ❤️

The apartment was spectacular. Everything the listing said was there. The host, Boris went over the top. Excellent place te stay. Marenas is a super nice place. The beach is awesome, the pool bar is excellent. Definitely will be back and will use Boris’ place again.

It would have been nice to know there was a trash chute. Location was ok, but dining was limited, the beach was dirty (not just seaweed, but dirty diapers and empties cups/cans). One worker said pool was open 24/7, another said 11pm, and another said 8pm. The owner though was very hospitable, the condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Awesome place to stay. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Check in was a breeze. Uing the chairs and umbrellas on the beach was the best - they take care of everything. Boris was an above and beyond host to make sure everything was smooth and perfect. He really works to make sure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Boris is very easy to work with regarding reservations and any information you might need for your vacation stay. The people at the resort are very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the intercostal water way and the ocean. At the pool there is food and a bar. You can eat and have cocktails on the beach. Accommodations were very good concerning the corona virus. Everyone wore masks when needed and distanced in the elevators but, it didn’t get in the way of an awesome beach get away!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. Great location. Boris checked in on us and also allowed for us to have a later check out due to late flight. Grocery was close so no need for a car. Bonus was chairs and umbrella daily at no extra charge. When leaving we asked ourselves if there was anything we didn’t like. And the answer was NO! You will love it!! A perfect place for a long weekend with great views. Beaches of Sunny Isles are beautiful and great for long walks. The condo is well outfitted and with a grocery just a few blocks away everything is convenient. The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure we were set. Would definitely come back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter Boris war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im 19. Stock und seitlich positioniert. Vom Balkon hat man links einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Praktisch war der Wäscheturm in der Wohnung. Am Strand wurden vom Resort jeweils Strandliegen und Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese sind in der zusätzlichen Resortgebühr enthalten. In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz ist ein Einkaufszentrum Publix. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Beautiful views, a nice beach and pool. Parking is all by valet which requires a little forethought but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Owner was very attentive, checked in by email several times to be sure all was ok.
