Apartment was very nice, we loved the view, and the pool

Balcony was seal off when I arrived because of repairs.
And it was not mentioned when renting the apt.
The Balcony was the main reason I rented
I think I should get some apology and credit for not being truthful about the noise with the jackhammer during the days that I was there because of the repairs of the balcony’s on my side of that building.
