Nothing so far.

The rooms were so stinky and bathrooms were so dirty, AC was dripping the water inside the room instead of draining out. Staff was uneducated and non-cooperative! Not recommended.

Pathetic place to stay with zero servicing and zero customer respect

The rooms were clean but one of the washrooms was damp and smelly.

Nawaz Ashraf the manager demanded twice the money for extending our stay for 1 day. He is an absolute liar and lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to respectfully deal with customers. Moreover, after so much argument and repeatedly insisting, he gave the complimentary breakfast otherwise he was making lame excuses. Out of my entire trip with multiple stays, this particular stay was the worst in terms of servicing and taking care of customer needs.

For my family, it was an overall nice place to stay,

We had a comfortable stay at Royal Villa. The staff was kind and courteous as well as quick to help. The best part was the location. It was centrally located and within walking distance of the market and a few good eating spots like Chatta's. They would often help in arranging rides for us as well. The rooms were spacious, and so was the tv lounge. They have a small garden as well. Another good aspect was the fact that we stayed on the ground floor. It helps with two young kids and all their gear.

The facility needs an upgrade. The washrooms, furniture, wallpaper everything needs to be redone. They do not have room service but rather a kitchen, that can give you chai and serve food you order from outside, so this we didn't like.

Family stay

Clean rooms and spacious Good location Beds were clean. Extra mattress was provided upon request. The gave hot water on request.it was a nice family stay. Easy access to Markaz and quite neighbourhood

1. Bathroom muslim showers were broken. Very imp obviously 2. The description at booking.com is not clearly stated. Forexample, for my rooms it said kitchen, kettle but these were not available for personal use rather it was a common kitchen at the reception. So that is the main issue of explanation

Nothing they charge wrong amount and no value for money Very bad experience And it was no clean no clock old bed sheets Geyser was not working Breakfast is not good Not iron table no iron no TV TV has no sound and bad cable Led was not working It's only waste less And they are booking this room in 6k rupees from another parties But they charge me 30k it's only waste of money Bcz beds sheets are not washed

The staff was helpful but the property need alot maintenance.

The location of the property and size of the room was good.

The property was advertised as a 2 bed apartment but this was in a guest house with other rooms for other guests. The pictures are very misleading which might be taken over 10 years ago as the furniture and rooms didnt look like it at all. The rooms were not kept in good condition. Wall papers torn from almost all walls. Bathroom had a leak from toilet set for one of the rooms. The bed headrest was dirty and had a broken piece. Wont recommend to anyone to stay there. Not worth the price.
