My husband hated it.

Did not like anything extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. It was nothing like it was advertised. Very dirty.

Did not like the filthy showroom . The filthy lotta looked like some thing you would see in a builders yard! ,The towels were dirty and grey. The shower was also cold with no hot water available. Cheap soap and shampoo provided. The bed sheets had someone’s hair on it and the bed linen was not fresh nor clean. There was no soft lighting and the room was lit with harsh lights that were unattractive and did not provide any ambience. I was also disappointed with dressing table as it did not have an appropriate mirror setting- usually mirror in the middle. The mirrors were off set and I was not able to use this space appropriately to brush my hair and groom myself. . Also one of the lights continued to flash like a strobe light giving me a headache. And the TV was not tuned properly into the TV stations. There was no coffee or teasmaid available in the room and we were charged UK prices for a pot of tea! ( only two cups). Approx 2630 PAK Ruppees! This is definitely a third world hotel falsely advertised with pseudo pictures. We had breakfast before checking out and we were charged British prices despite advertising that the breakfast is included this is not true. I would never recommend this hotel and I would never return Definitely one of the poorest hotel choices I have made whilst travelling.

Bad receptionist and greedy Management

Price catch, be careful they will charge you 40% extra on top of your bookings. They will make excuses and confuse you with budget rooms when you complain. Also there are items in breakfast which are not included in breakfast you have to pay separately for these.

Best Hotel stay

The hospitality at the hotel was excellent. The staff so helpful and on standby when ever you needed anything. They even go to the shop for you if you need anything from outside. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Raja Riaz staff member has been so helpful. Overall a excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. Akbar International zinda baad.

It was a bad experience. I showed them my booking and confirmation, but they ignored. Gave me an other room with twin beds which I never like. Charged me more.

Noncooprative staff ,not knowing the respect of the guest.

I really enjoyed the stay at the Hotel Akbar International

Breakfast was tasty, there was a variety of dishes. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The service was excellent. Location - easy access to the centre.

I had no hot water to shower with had to shower in cold i booked online when I went there they said nothing is available then I was given executive rooms if I payed extra money I had to I needed the rooms the rooms nothing executive about it the breakfast was horrible

Last time 10 point this time from my side only 1 because of receptionist

We didn't have breakfast nobody tell us we have breakfast in room or buffet night time we were asking about breakfast

Please guide your staff that we have all original dacoments for our identity they were asking stupid questions and telling something that we are lieng its not possible to bring someone with different identity please guide your receptionist

It was quite well and we will plan to staying agian in future

I like the staffs and bed of room the view was only darkness instead of gardens as mention in booking

I didn't found slippers only and except this the facilities were superbly
