Very good

Stayed for 2 nights this time. Wonderful staff as usual. We arrived a bit early after an overnight flight, they were kind enough to give us a room 2-3 hours before normal check in time. Breakfast was even better than last time with more variety and freshness. New restaurant manager Adeeb was very keen & response.

Bathrooms and rooms could do with an uplift.

Excellent service overall.Excellent Location.

Excellent location.Staff very friendly and co operating.Me and my wife are from uk and stayed at the Hotel for 7 days and we found it a great place to stay.Great room service.Very close to Raja Bazaar and Saddar.Next to Liaquat Bagh and Metro Station.Islamabad Airport only 40 minutes drive.

Gr8 n convenient place to stay

Hotel is in great location, close to everything. Metro is in walking distance. The staff is professional and humble. They treat you like a real guest. service is gr8. I got no complain and highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff and great location.

The hotel is very well located for the red metrobus line that can take you to Islamabad for just 30R. The Raja bazaar is a short walk away too. The hotel is very clean, with friendly staff and the rooms are well maintained. It's an excellent value for money option. I also appreciated the free newspapers in reception.

The elevator was occasionally out of order for short periods.

Nothing except, Good Dinning Hall complementary breakfast and ordered Lunch, but food rates are very high.as compared to hotel of this category. I am afraid the cock roches have been cooked with food, which was served.

Very old hotel. Bad smelly Rooms and bath rooms with poorly washed bed sheets and towels. Old style furniture ans bath room sanitary fittings. With crawling insects especially cock roches every where in bath and bed room. Even on bed and inside Tissue papers box.. Very horrible two nights stay. They are claiming 3-4 star hotel but lthe hotel is less then two star. Only one slow lift is serving the hotel staff and customers for Five floors hotel. They showed me one room, which I rejected. They they showed me two others rooms of same poor Quality. Mattress was old, with poor foaming and springs, which should be discarded.

The property was OK but could do better

the location for the shopping was excellent. very close to metro

the condition of the bathroom, the exterior of the property pretty was poor. the breakfast wasn’t value for money

Outclass hotel and very best and fast service

Breakfast (buffet) was fabulous. All foods items were neat and fresh. Daily Room Service is good point of their service. No disturbance from their staff and they don't ask for more charges etc.

Exceptional

As a solo female traveller this Hotel was very safe. Excellent staff Excellent location minutes walk from restaurants. 15 min walk to large bazaar. Next to metro bus stop. Breakfast was great. My room looked onto the garden/park and a small mosque. I would definitely recommend and will return. Very good value

It was a very convenient location and staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was good and had sufficient options. However it was the same everyday.

There should be facilities of Iron, Iron board, Electric kettle for every room.

Exceptional

The manager, Rizwan, was incredibly kind and helpful. And all the other staff were great as well. They were able to accommodate a sudden change in plans and also provide very helpful advice.
