La cortesia, la pulizia, la posizione. La stanza era silenziosa e anche gli spazi in comune molto in ordine e con tutto il necessario.

Unica cosa un po’ negativa la poca luminosità, la stanza singola sempre senza luce naturale.

PIACENZA. LA NOSTRA BELLA PROVINCIA ITALIANA. CON OFFERTA DI EVENTI CULTURALI DI RANGO,

BUONA POSIZIONE, DEFILATA MA DISTANTE DAL CENTRO SOLO 200 MT. UNA PASSEGGIATA IN EFFETTI. ERA TUTTO FACILMENTE RAGGIUNGIBILE, NEGOZI PER LO SHOPPING, TEATRI, MONUMENTI, LOCALI PER LA RISTORAZIONE. D' ALTRONDE PIACENZA E' UNA DELIZIOSA PICCOLA CITTA' DI PROVINCIA: UN GIOIELLINO.

LA STANZA ERA POCO LUMINOSA, MA QUESTO ERA DOVUTO ALLA POSIZIONE DELL' APPARTAMENTO SITO AL PIANO TERRA DI UNO STABILE CIRCONDATO DA ALTRE COSTRUZIONI. LA PROSSIMA VOLTA CHIEDERO' UNA STANZA PIU' LUMINOSA NEL CASO FOSSE DISPONIBILE.

Increíble estancia

Increíble todo. La persona que te recibe es muy cálida y te explica todo con mucho detalle, incluso no hablando el mismo idioma, utiliza el traductor para que entienda sin problemas. El lugar está perfectamente limpio, la habitación es muy cómoda y esta ubicada en el centro mismo. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Invito tutti a dedicare qualche giorno a questa gradevole città, un vero gioiellino

posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla piazza Cavalli, la piazza principale di Piacenza. La camera era molto spaziosa, come pure il bagno, nuovissimo. Eccellente riscaldamento. La struttura è dotata di una cucina accessoriata di frigorifero, cucina, utensili, ecc., dove gli ospiti possono provvedere da sé alla colazione. La struttura offre the e caffè, ho visto che c'era anche sale pepe olio, ecc. però io non ne ho usufruito. La persona che mi ha accolto e consegnato le chiavi è stata molto gentile e efficiente. Se dovessi tornare a Piacenza sceglierei sicuramente ancora questa struttura, che raccomando.

Un sejur minunat ,cu plimbări,spectacol la Teatro Municipale di Piacența,vizitare de obiective

Locație ultracentrală,cameră mică dar suficient de confortabilă,baia a fost separată de cameră,dar cu toate utilitățile și foarte curată,gazda foarte amabilă,a pus la dispoziție bucătăria cu toate utilitățile.

Camera puțin cam friguroasă,dar sub plapumă nu s-a simțit.

Un sejur ,,SUPER''

Totul,mai ales că am mai locuit la Suzana,anul trecut,locuind în aceiasi cameră,şi m-am bucurat de revedere,comfortul oferit,apropierea de Piaţa centrală a oraşului,şi mai ales de amabilitatea şi buna dispoziţie a gazdei. Mulţumesc Suzana,m-am simţit foarte bine la tine. ( Grazie mille)

Nu am lucruri care nu mi-au plăcut.

Ritorneremo senza dubbio!

Accoglienza ottima, puntuale e professionale. Stanza molto bella e pulita. Letto comodissimo e doccia molto ampia. Camera e bagno sono dotati di tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

L'unica piccola pecca, se proprio dobbiamo trovarne una, è che a mio parere qualcuno aveva fumato nella stanza perchè sentivo un leggero odore di fumo.

Ottima stanza in pieno centro di Piacenza!

La stanza era pulita e in ordine, molto spaziosa, non mancava nessun comfort tra cuscini, coperte e accessori vari; una chicca in più la cucina utilizzabile in comune con le altre stanze (di cui non abbiamo avuto bisogno, ma è un plus comunque di gran pregio)

Nel nostro bagno non c'era il bidet (è una piccolezza, ma per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema)

Heerlijk.

Het contact was super - mijn beperkte Italiaans hielp. De dame die me opving en alles uitlegde was heel aardig. Fijne grote kamer met bad. Gebruik van een goed ingerichte keuken. De lokatie! Echt in het centrum.

Het was niet echt licht in de kamer. De WIFI-verbinding viel vaak weg.

Ottimo!

Affittacamere ristrutturato da poco quindi è tutto nuovo, ben arredato e mantenuto pulito. Per 60€ a notte oltre le aspettative. Cucina in condivisione con tutti gli accessori lavatrice inclusa che non abbiamo però avuto modo di usare essendo stati una sola notte. Ottima accoglienza e cordialità. TV enorme con Netflix.

L'insonorizzazione della nostra stanza era pressoché nulla. Si capivano le singole parole delle conversazioni nell'appartamento a fianco.

Everything is as it should be in this perfectly agreeable B&B

Excellent location close to both of the major piazzas. The room was a bit small and had no view at all, but it--and the bathroom too--was very clean and met all my needs. I only stayed one night but there was a well-equipped kitchen that I could have cooked a full-blown meal in if I had wanted. No breakfast to speak of beyond stuff to make tea or an expresso.

The proprietor was nice enough and met me outside the address after I texted her that my train had arrived and I was walking to her place. Nothing to dislike really, since everything went as it should. Like other places of this nature that I've stayed in over the last couple of weeks, the owner was very businesslike and direct, took me through the place explaining how everything worked, I paid, was handed the keys, and then I was left to come and go as I pleased. And that suits me fine. Just so you know, the entire transaction was conducted in my fair to middling Italian, so I'm not sure how much English the owner has.

i was thinking of coming again on April but i wouldn't do so with her strict approach

A huge room, very clean, comfy bed

i thought i was getting a room with kitchen alone not as a part of a flat rented to other people. i took the room for 10 nights. on the t 7th night i asked to make the stay short, they didn't have any flexibility. i was really feeling disappointment about it

very convenient to the centre of Piacenza. clean and self contained. Good for an overnight stay and good value.

my room was very small with little natural light so felt quite claustrophobic. Bigger rooms are probably better.

we loved the location

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host is lovely and the location is fantastic.

Unfortunately we had very load neighbors and had very little sleep.

Perfect stay

The host was very accommodating and the location was right off the main square. A perfect stop on the Via Francigena. In the city center but a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. There are 3 apartments, 2 doubles and 1 single. Great for a group.

Very good

Comfortable and huge bed Clean bathroom Spacious room Flat right in the city centre Equipped common kitchen + recycling bins There were no warm blankets but fortunetely we have found some in a drawer in one of our rooms.

Not a lot of natural light, the windows are looking at a small inner yard where the dumpster bins are. The walls are very thin, you can hear clearly the neighbours and the TV in an other room. When a door is being opened in the flat, all the doors are moving and giving a noise.
