Clean and modern flat, beautiful kitchen with everything needed for a self sufficient self catering holiday. We loved the location, the sea view and the extra touches - like the comfy blankets for watching TV and filter bags for the coffee machine.
The location is perfect for a daily stroll along the sea promenade with its beautiful gardens.
The area around Platz am Meer is great, lovely restaurant and shopping centre in the same block. Secure parking bay in the garage.
This is some way from the "main/ touristy" vibe, but we appreciated the calm this brought and access to the promenade. The main beach/ CBD is a 5 min car trip.
We only missed a microwave - mainly to heat our coffee from the available coffee machine as we like to drink it piping hot.

It’s conveniently located, right by the shopping mall and beachfront.
Not my first time here and I really like it.
However the couch in the sitting room has definitely served its time. It’s quite old, uncomfortable to sit on, and unfortunately degrades the space.
The host initially gave me the wrong code for the key box. When I called, she simply told me to try another one, which worked. While the issue was resolved, I would have appreciated a simple apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience.

Perfect location and well appointed. The availability of a storage facility was most welcome, as was the washing machine.
Underfloor heating appears not to be functional. We found a small fan heater which helped. It was not that cold - may be a bigger problem if it gets really cold.
