The balcony overlooks a charming little bay, providing a perfect sense of peace away from the chaotic and tacky center of Saranda.
The bedroom was large, and the breakfast was decent and comfortable. The staff was quite polite.
There was no proper wardrobe in the room, just a single hanging bar with a few hangers.
The hotel is far from the center; if you do not have your own car or transport, you will feel isolated.
There is a bit too much exposed concrete in the common areas, which takes away from the atmosphere.

The peaceful location, great views and easy access to the beach and amazing sun loungers. In the room we had a lovely view and mini fridge. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was a little hit and miss, however it was still enjoyable.
Not enough shelves / hooks / storage in the room & bathroom. No full length mirror or iron, tea / coffee was not included it would be a nice touch.

The location exceeded all our expectations. The hotel has its own private beach with plenty of available sun loungers, and the view from the room was stunning. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

Property was family owned and run and was good.
Meals were very average, breakfast was included the results of which where disappointing.
