Wir hatten ein Bungalow gebucht! Absoluter wahnsinn!! Direkt am Meer, riesiges Zimmer, sehr sauber, wonderful!!
Preisleistung mit Food&Drinks stimmt hier überhaupt nicht!! Alles viel zu teuer! Wir haben zum Glück nur mit Frühstück gebucht und dies war vergleichsmässig leider auch nicht so toll! Alles trocken, nicht diesem Hotel angepasst!
Nur zu empfehlen, Restaurant Blue Bamboo (5min mit dem Taxi) wir waren jeden Abend dort:)

Уединенное место для двоих. Мы были в номере самой высокой категории 4125 (83 кВ.м). Номер приемлемы, хотя реальной полезной площади там минимум вдвое меньше. Наша горничная Cindy хорошо заботилась о чистоте номера.
Мы брали HB. Пляж чистый, есть водные активности типа SUP, каяков и прочего, всегда было много свободных лежаков.
В этом отеле УЖАСНО ВСЕ, что связано с едой и питьем. Еда отвратительная, фруктов нет, а если они вдруг появляются, то это одна миска, которую не наполняют заново, если она закончилась. Кофе-машины все сломаны, зелени и овощей нет никаких.
Напитки в баре… это то, что нельзя пить вообще. Выбор вин скудный. Мы нашли только Совиньон Блан, который можно было пить и повторять. Рядом нет ничего, поэтому восполнить запасы фруктов/еды/алкоголя можно только в супермаркете в 10 минутах езды.
Такси туда/обратно от отеля стоит 20€

Jídlo, je to problém ale celého ostrova různých hotelů, které jsme navštívily.Jídlo je chutné, ale po 2 dnech zjistíte,že je to stále stejné. Měly by kuchaře a celý personál kuchyné poslat do Evropy do podobných resortů se inspirovat.

Kamers en locatie is niks over aan te merken.
Twee nachten geboekt maar helaas hebben we door vertraging de 2e vlucht gemist en zijn we een dag later aan gekomen. Dit hebben we van te voren gemeld en kreeg direct bericht terug dat we gewoon voor 2 nachten moesten betalen. Op dag van aankomst wederom te horen gekregen dat we 2 nachten moeten betalen of aan booking vragen of ze het geld terug willen storten. Omdat we er heel vroeg waren gevraagd of we dan wel mochten ontbijten. Ook daar kregen we in eerste instantie een nee op. Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken.
We zijn nu een week op Mauritius. In dit resort wel het slechts gegeten. Ook de hygiëne van de buffetten laat te wensen over.

Lovely Prestige room with great air conditioning and great free boat trips - we were only there for one night
No air conditioning in the restaurants or bars which made it very uncomfortable. Our main point of contention was that we paid a lot of money for all inclusive and everything on the menu is not all inclusive so beware and this was not clearly explained. The menu is the same and never changes so not a lot of food options. Beach is also not good, just concrete with sand thrown over

This must be one of the best hotels I stayed in Mauritius and I have stayed in many hotels in Mauritius. What I like the most was the way all the management introduced themselves to me. They said if I am unhappy in anyway let them know straight away.The (G M) Mr Teelwah. Chef vinash said he would prepare anything that I want to eat. Alain -Mackline and Beam. The receptionist Rosanna and of course not forgetting the night manager Mr Balram. The rest of the staff and cleaning lady of my room was all very friendly and makes me feel very important.The food was lovely and plenty. The bar was great trying new cocktails. The mini bar in your room was included in my package of all inclusive.It was a very private location on a island connected by a bridge and you have to pass security. When I was staying there I saw lots of families with young kids.I am only sorry that I only stayed for just two nights as I was travelling North and West of the island of Mauritius. I will definitely come again with my family's and friends.

The staff at the resort are very friendly and mostly willing to go out of their way for you.
The location is absolutely stunning and activities offered are top notch. Close enough to town to visit the Monday market (take the bus, much cheaper than the taxis)
The views from the room are beautiful
Unfortunately the food in the buffet was not good, maybe it's a South African thing, but I felt the variety, quality and flavours weren't of the standard I would expect of a 4 star hotel. The Mosaic restaurant is lovely but needs to be booked in advance due to limited seating.
One of my biggest gripes of the property is the large rubbish bins kept directly outside the room I was in. I stayed in a privelage sea facing room, which is meant to be one of the more luxurious and expensive rooms, but I was greeted with the sounds of glass bottles and trash being thrown into the bins every morning and opening my door up to a mess. This is totally unacceptable for a room at this value. Especially when you are spending in Rands.
Finally, the hotel asks for an optional donation to assist with the upkeep and care of the environment and people. Please consider adding a fund where people can donate to a feeding and rescue program for all the dogs in the area. It absolutely breaks my heart to see these poor animals scrounging for food and water on the beach. I really would love to see an establishment like this take more care of the animals that have no voice and can't defend themselves. So sad to see this and not be able to help! I would donate more to this cause

Un cadre paradisiaque, de très belles et confortables chambres donnant sur la mer, de bons lits, les buffets variés, les différents restaurants au cadre magique, les animations, les sports nautiques, la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et le sourire d Alain et son équipe, d Elvis, de Suraja….. la végétation et le chant des oiseaux…. Séjour au top, merci mille fois !

- pas de douchette dans la baignoire
- musique dès 8h du matin : lieu pour club de vacances pour enfants-ado
- soirée dans des chambres-balcon voisin avec musique : pas de repos (comment ça peut être autorisé ??? Ça résonne dans tout l’hôtel!!)

The breakfast was good, as were all the other meals. The location is picturesque, clean, modern and big. I loved the concierge services offered at the property as well as the facilities, valet & luggage services, the safety as well as the entertainment.
They do not do pre-bookings for concierge services and that leads to these services being full booked on arrival. The entertainment areas close very early and they did not have non-alcoholic champagne at the resort.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour une escapade d'un week-end. Le personnel est accueillant, la cuisine correcte. Un grand merci à Joann la responsable , à l'écoute, et proche des clients. Encore merci pour ton geste commercial . Séjour agréable.

The location was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly enough and the rooms were comfortable.
All inclusive was a joke. When we checked out we paid for food drinks among other things that we did while we were there. There was no one at check-in that spoke English well enough to explain the situation to us. So we just ate and drink because we thought it was all inclusive but jokes on us. I even had to pay for bottles of water. They also did not want us to check out without our beach towels that we left in our room. The food was terrible. There was never a day that I was excited to eat at the location so we ate outside a lot as well. The money we spent for all inclusive was not worth it. Also, if you're traveling with a friend, beware of the bathroom situation. There is absolutely no privacy whatsoever in the bathroom or the room.

The hotel was great in terms of facilities. There are two swimming pools and a beautiful beach with many sunbeds. There are no any issues with places. There are three restaurants. Food is very good. We had breakfast only (selection was not perfect but fair enough). There is kids club with many activities what is really great for children. Rooms are beautiful with very nice design, it was cleaned every day. There is a big selection of activities in the hotel: free water sports, gym, sport activities. For sure you will not get bored. I had a strong sore throat and the hotel organised me a GP who came directly to my room (100EUR). In general, I would be happy to come back there and I think it is a very good place to stay at Mauritius.
The service is extremally slow, disorganised and pointless. It takes ages to organise anything at the reception. When I arrived I asked to add breakfast to my room and they asked me to pay for it, what I did. During our stay, I was stopped at least three times in he restaurant because according to their information I didn't pay for breakfast! I had to go to reception, waste time and clarify it to hear that all is fine.
Weather in July was a bit disappointing. Few days were cloudy, it was raining and it was not so warm. I didn't get enough tan.
There are events every evening but everything is closing at 11 pm and after that there is nothing to do.

Exceptional service from the staff from the time we arrived we were initially not happy with the room we got were then given a free upgrade by Melissa which we a absolutely loved the ocean view from the room was amazing the kids had their own room as well. Because we loved the resort and enjoyed our stay we wanted to extend our stay Mr Alain & Mrs Joan with her team went out of their way to ensure that we got to extend our stay even though the resort was fully booked..we had to also reschedule our flights Darson and Teelwah assisted us with rescheduling our flights literally the morning we were supposed to leave Mauritius..we were initially supposed to stay for 4 days we extended by another 4 days because of the exceptional services from this resort. We travelled with our 2 kids a 10month old and a 3 year old they loved the kids club..the beach is also very clean our kids enjoyed playing there.
Absolutely nothing..everything was amazing from the resort,would encourage that you travel in summer and not winter..the Mahébourg beach can be a bit windy in winter though not too bad there are sunny days.

Dinner disappointing. Chef is cooking too much stews etc. One does not need beef, lamb, pork, and the rest . The quality of the evening meal was somewhat ordinary . Better to cook less but improve the quality of the food.

First I come they was give me the normal room I book already prestige room like they don’t have know my book is prestige , plus last year it was good but for this year if more deferent I got many missing and always I have to request many think like many , they but charge for my room even I didn’t take it like no system, always I request for my capsule coffee some time they but some time no like how is the work ? Plus half bored like in dinner is not included the any drink ??? Like soft drink or juice or something only food ? So I don’t think next time I will come same the hotel , already I spoke with supervisor she was help me and she is so nice , like today when I spoke with staff In reception about my bill and I was waiting her to do something or reply to me she leave me with out tell like excuse or give me the moment like I’m waiting more then 30 minutes !!!! At least respect me when I’m stand with you !! So I hope they hotel need to fix many think btw this is not first time I come the hotel this my second time . Or really they will lose the client about small things, thank you
