Proximité avec l’aéroport Arrivée autonome mais propriétaire disponible au besoin Chambre spacieuse Prix

Cafards tombant de la clim Svp dites aux femmes de ménages d’arrêter de nous mettre la pression pour quitter les chambre. C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne ici et à chaque fois j’ai eu droit à cela c’est très désagréable d’autant plus qu’elles viennent toquer à 9h du matin

Good amenities for cooking.

Not enough soap, toilet paper. A lot of humidity in the room, smelled funny. Too much light coming from outside into the appartment at night due to thin curtains.

Pleasantly surprised! Great location and close to shop.

Was pleasantly surprised at the modern, equipped and clean flats. Smooth and effortless checkin and out. It is just behind a great supermarket with decent premade food and bakery. Its location to the airport, Blue Bay and Port Jerome (catamaran tour pick up).

The only thing is the lack of prior communication of no drinkable water in the flat.

Great Stay

Besides this place being located conveniently close to the airport, it was also a great place to stay. Check in was quick and easy and the apartment itself was very cozy and had plenty of amenities. The wifi was great, and I was able to take video calls with a VPN. The host was also quick to respond, and helpful.

The door didn't actually lock. I was only there for one night, and the area felt very safe, so it wasn't that big of a deal for me.

The stay in the hotel made my travel easier and more pleasant.

I liked the proximity of the apartment to the airport. The location in the town was also very good. The kitchen had all kinds of useful stuff. The apartment was very clean.

I didn't like the lack of possibility to communicate with the staff or the owner.

The case of keys is difficult to open. And many customers have the same problem.

Owner with bad attitude.

AC, bed, near to a supermarket. Not that expensive.

Unpleasant Attitude of the owner/manager. I Asked for WiFi password in advance in case of emergency during check-in, he showed and attitude and asked me to cancel booking. I reminded him that it's a non refundable pre-paid booking. Just avoid communication with the owner/manager and enjoy your room. Location is far from the public transportation if you are traveling by bus.

I only had this room for the night as had a late night flight but was very happy with it, much larger than I expected and facilities were fantastic

We enjoyed staying at Sacha Resort a lot. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

It was a family friendly hotel. it was close to the supermarket and everyone was super friendly. The manager, Vinnie, helped us a lot. the rooms had all the essentials that you need.

we asked for a room change and the manager changed our room the next day. Our new room was really nice.

Disappointing customer service.

was close to the airport like we wanted.

when we got there at night the lady told us the room we booked for 3 adults was only good for 2 adults even though our booking confirmed otherwise. She proceeded to tell us we need to pay more in order to get the room that was on our booking. She did not care about what our booking said and told us to take it up with Booking.com. As we did not have any money on us, this turned into a big fight. She ended up letting us stay in the room that was on our booking confirmation with the condition that we pay in the morning. We ended up having to get Booking and her manager involved.

Superb

The apartment was really nice, the kitchen was clean and everything works. We really like the stay.

There were a lot of ants from nowhere, if you leave dirty dishes or food for 5 min they were already on.

Expected much better

Nice and quiet place.

The sofas were plain dirty. There were a few hair on the bed even though the bed didn't look dirty. The curtains were dirty too and we made an allergy because of too much dust probably. Staff was not very welcoming. We felt like other apartments in the resort might have been cleaner.
