close to metro station, convenience store and other eateries.
there wasn’t a table or enough space in the bathroom to put clothes. there was only one pillow per person and the pillow was very flat.

Great location! Walking distance to nakasu-kawabata station (airport train), walking distance to canal city, one station way from tenjin. Lots of convenience stores nearby and donki! Big and spacious rooms!
The lack of a manned reception was not really something I'd deduct points for but I would have been nice if there was one so I could have arranged for luggage or package delivery.

The room was very nice and clean.
I didn’t like how we had to wait till 4pm for check in. For people who would just want to explore more without carrying luggage or just want to rest coming in early? 12 would be more ideal for check in. I also left a light on for a while no more than 10 mins and it smelled like it was burning and it was very hot. I turned it off immediately and everything was good. But that was very concerning
