Everything was flawless from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service. Great location, delicious breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The breakfast was good. The coffee machine is working good, but I prefer the service with thermos for coffee, milk, and cream.
After preparing the tea, you used to put the teapot on the heater. This action makes the tea more corsy and black. Find another way to keep the tea hot and still fresh.
Don't try to modify the original receipe of Harcha and Malaoui (and others) by adding more suggar and oil. Keep the tradional way of moroccan products, this is more attractive to us as locals and even for tourists.

This is a great hotel for value and location to the airport. 24 hour shuttle was great and in runs every 30 minutes. Easy and efficient. Rooms are clean, not huge but good mattress and clean well maintained bathrooms. The overall hotel are well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Yasmine at the front desk checked me in and was able to check me in a little early which was wonderful. She was very nice, spoke good english and was very helpful. Everyone was great. This is a great option if you have an early flight out of Casablanca as the airport is located a bit of a distance from the heart of Casablanca.

Good position next to the airport.
Good free shuttle service.
We had to wait for the check in because the employee was outside at the phone. We had to go to the internal restaurant to call for someone. And we arrived in the afternoon at 2, so in a pick hour for check in.
Around the hotel there is nothing and the city center is very far.
We asked 2 coffee and we had to pay 60 MAD.. it seems quite expensive, considering the prices in the city bars.
Sorry to say, but at the SKY Hotel, that is next to it, we found a very better service level.
