I had an event at the Verona Fair, and the accommodation was an easy walk away. There are a couple of options for restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores, and its about a 20 minute walk from Verona's biggest train station.
The room is fairly small and a bit noisy, both from the street traffic and other people in the building. Because I was out the whole day, this was not a major issue for me.

Close enough to the train station, property is clean and the host writes you all needed information prior to your arrival.
I stayed for 5 days and no one came to empty my bin.. I would appreciate that.. also the area of the apartment is about 20min walk from train about 30min to walk to town, closest shop about 15min walk. Fridge made a sound and in the night you can see the light from the hallway coming throughout the outline of the door..

The bed is comfortable and the room is just enough in size for 2 people
That it didn't have instant coffee alongside the tea.

It was relatively clean and close to bus station.
Mold in the bath, unsafe neighborhood, old stain on the sheets and the chair.
