Clean apartment. Comfy beds. Tea provided but no coffee. Small shower but does the job.
Lots of stairs to apartment. There is a lift but felt a little dated but worked. A good 20 minute walk from train station.

Good location, very easy to get the bus into Verona city centre
Clean, nice accommodation
The air conditioning was not the best and so the room got extremely warm

Reasonable size and amenities.
It would have been helpful to have known in advance when getting off the train how to get a Verno card or what bus to take. We walked a very long way with luggage thinking it was near by - it wasn't.
Had to go up 4 flights of stairs to first get elevator key to get to apt.
There was only one place to eat nearby in the evening rather then having to go to city Centre.
