The hotel is really nice and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the rooms have AC with is also a plus in this area as some hotels in El Camino don't have it. We also enjoyed the prairie outdoors views from our room. Since we stayed in the hotel during our stop in Palas de Rei, finding a gym with foot massage was a wonderful bonus. However, the best of all was the hospitality of the staff. There was super proactive and responsive to all our needs, from express laundry service to a home made chamomile tea for my upset stomach, they really made us feel at home. Also the hotel transportation to and from town in the new Tesla was wonderful. Thanks so much!
The only thing to be mindful about this hotel is the fact that there is a distance away from Palas de Rei, which might be an issue particularly if you are planning to explore the town or spend time with other pilgrims.
In our case, we didn't have plans to go out so it worked perfectly and the hotel included the transportation to and from town in a very nice new Tesla : )

We were doing the french Camino. The hotel is about 3 km off the route so the hotel said they could pick us up. They do this for everyone who wants it and after a long day we did. It was very easy sorting this and so it meant that we stayed in a lovely historic setting away from the crowds. Very pleased with our decision

Everything! The staff was 10+. They were helpful, service oriented, and wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the comforts. The food was exceptional. A special recognition to Jonoy as he was an exceptional chef and made our stay perfect.

Host was wonderful. He cooked hi made lamb curry with homemade bread. Felt welcome here. Shuttle service back and forth from town was easy, and via a white Tesla!
