This property was so comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We typically come in the off season with our young kids for the water park. The price for our stay was an incredible value. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a staycation in Okaboji. We attended the WOW event at the expo during the day and just enjoyed an evening of wine and conversation with no husbands or kids. So relaxing.

Great place to stay in Okoboji, Iowa. Private, quiet but close to all other acitivities. Condo exceptionally clean and actually has a good amount of supplies to keep it that way during our stay which was super helpful with four kids. Plenty of space for our family of six. So refreshing to have enough towels, wash clothes etc. Extra parking nearby where we were able to park our boat. Loved having access to workout room and pools. Kitchen well stocked with supplies including crockpot and blender. (Would suggest adding a cheese grater and a muffin tin to the kitchen-1st world issues ;-)). Would stay again without question.

We love this condo so much!! you can tell that there is pride in their property. Beds are very comfortable. We have stayed here twice now. One time with kids and one time with adults only. Janel is very easy to contact and get a hold of. She knew that we had stayed here earlier this spring, and knew that we would take care of her home. We appreciate having a great place to stay, and when we travel to Boji!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Very clean and updated condo. Nice deck with grill which can be accessed from living room and master bedroom. Great view of the lake! We had several family members staying in another condo and a cabin. Ours was much nicer in both roominess and the view. Large open area from kitchen to dining area to living room to deck. Host was great to deal with when I had questions before arrival.

Great stay. Spacious and clean. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. They were accomodating and understanding when we hit a couple of hiccups with plans. Plenty of room for all seven of us. The kids loved the place. Will be returning for sure!

We loved this beautiful condo with awesome view of the lake. Furniture/furnishings are classy. Janel is was very responsive to any questions. The resort amenities are great, and it was nice to have a full size washer/dryer in the unit. The kids love the water park & going down the big slides into to the pool. Also the boys did catch & release fishing in the pond. Nothing but great things to say!

The view is amazing! Location is close to everything. Very clean place with appropriate amount of space for it's 3-bedroom size. Very easy check-in/out process with a well-stocked inventory and an excellent host. In the world of Okoboji, traditional accommodations are typically overpriced and in disrepair. This VRBO unit was a nice change of pace and well worth the cost! The only thing making this a 4-star overall were two small items: noise from the unit above, and a master bed that didn't help out our backs. Even still, we would highly recommend and will look for availability here when we return!
