About this house rental

Nestled in Atlanta, this lovely house for $390 per night is a great choice for your next trip. There is an additional Unit in the basement (with a SEPARATE entrance) included with this 2 story family home Remote workers welcome! We have top of the line wifi! Groups of 12 -14 can enjoy time in our beautiful and tranquil neighborhood in Northwest Atlanta. We are minutes from downtown attractions and close to Six Flags. Groups/families of 12-14 can enjoy a relaxing abode in our beautiful and tranquil neighborhood in Northwest Atlanta. We are minutes from downtown attractions and close to Six Flags. We live in a QUIET neighborhood so no loud music nor loitering around in the area. Park your car like a good citizen in the driveway and/or the side street. Please no trespassing into other people’s yard/property. Plus it’s just weird. 2 backyard Patios can be used for entertaining. Upstairs patio is wood and downstairs is cement. No smoking inside of the home. If you decide to smoke outside of the home, you risk a smoke removal fee if secondhand smoke enters the home and furnishings. If evidence of smoke smell and droppings in the home, there will be a surcharge. If you are careless with your disposal of smoking, or it becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to ask you to please find another location outside of our property to continue with your habit. Again, Collier Heights is a QUIET, historical neighborhood within the perimeter of North West Atlanta. Most residents have resided here since the the civil rights movement and have passed their properties to their relatives and children. Most neighbors are well acquainted and are vigilant observers and trust our judgment about who we choose to host. So please don’t let us down! Local residents who are thinking to book: We WELCOME you, but please be explicit about the reason for your stay. East: The Atlanta University Center which services Morehouse, Spelman, and Clark University is 6 miles away. North: Battery Park (home of the Atlanta Braves) is 10 miles north. Southwest: The Popular Lenox Mall is only 20 minutes away. Most neighboring suburbs are no more than 20 minutes away. My family of seven and my Mom decided to have Thanksgiving in Atlanta since my oldest son was in training at Fort Benning and could get to Atlanta but could not get back to Virginia. We had an incredible Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for sleeping 8 and had enough tables, chairs and couches for dinner and games and watching football. There are also plenty of hills in the neighborhood for getting in a good run. Johana is a wonderful host and answered all of our questions immediately. If you are still undecided about your choice of VRBO, just pick this one.

Johana and her family were fantastic hosts for our baseball tournament week in Atlanta. They were great about communication prior to our arrival and and anticipating our needs at the house. Convenient items such as paper towels, hampers and salt and pepper were provided, and the check in process, key code and house rules/instructions could not have been easier or quicker. The place was clean and quiet, with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 5 teens/kids. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and all amenities such as grill, blender, multiple TVs, linens and washer/dryer were greatly appreciated. Would recommend to any families/small groups/couples looking for a quiet, comfortable stay!

There where absolutely no towels supplied in any of the bathrooms so no showers for any family members, there where cockroaches upstairs. The home owners had there food in the freezer not leaving any room for our frozen foods that we ended up having to dispose of. I actually took video of the large cockroaches running across the bedroom floor

Hey everyone all I have to say Joanna And Chris are amazing. Thank you for always being InTouch with us. I was so impressed with the care Chris was able to provide for us. He went beyond what he had to do. We came to Atlanta and our first night we had a flat and we were not able to change it because we were missing the tools to do so. we were able to get to the house and gave a call to Chris for help. He drove out to us at 11 pm to bring us what we needed to change the tire. That everyone tells you a lot about someone. Thank you guys for making Atlanta feel like home and making our primerica event so memorable. Thank you Igor Turcios
