Who: 5 people, three adults with two children (ages 10 and 13) When: 26th of June to 7th of July 2023 (Important, as this was BEFORE French summer vacations started!) The house is quite simply perfect. It has a very nice and large garden, as is located in a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet. It's very large and luminous. The three bedrooms upstairs are: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two WCs, one shower downstairs, and one full bathroom upstairs. The only reason why I did not give this house five stars is because the WC downstairs had a very, very bad smell. It was completely contained to the WC, but it was truly foul, and we were not warned of it before we traveled. It didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment, and it was only a minor inconvenience, but nonetheless, it had to be mentioned. The owners were extremely helpful, and Sandrine (the person who met us on the premises) was friendly and very helpful as well. We found the house impeccably clean. Now, this house is not what I would call close to the beach. You can get there on foot in 22 minutes, or much faster if you are willing to bike. The closest bakery is 13 minutes on foot. Overall your enjoyment of this house will probably increase if your either bring or rent bicycles, are willing and like walking, or don't mind using a car on vacation. I would definitely recommend this property. We had a lovely time!

Excellent séjour

Très belle maison fonctionnelle grande et lumineuse. Le jardin est magnifique et permet de passer d’excellentes soirées (barbecue, belle terrasse). Aucun vis à vis nous nous sommes sentis très bien et au calme. A quelques mn de Pornichet, à moins de 10 mn du centre de La Baule, moins de 30 mn de Guerande l’emplacement est idéal. L’accueil a été chaleureux et agréable. Un grand merci !

We had a really lovely stay at Le Guezy.

The property is as described and very specious. The patio areas for breakfast and evening work very well. The area is lovely we enjoyed lots of cycling and walking along the beautiful coast particularly west of Le Baule. We hope to be back.

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Garten. Sowohl Pornichet wie auch La Baule-Escoublac und weitere Ziele in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Stefan und Familie

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, très fonctionnelle, lumineuse et spacieuse. Chambres confortables.Nous avons bien profité du jardin clos et très arboré avec nos petits-enfants de 3ans et 5 ans. Maison proche commerces, plages et accès pour ballades. Vraiment enchantés par notre séjour. Sandrine est très accueillante.

Superbe maison, très bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Idéal pour des enfants avec le jardin fermé, ils s'en sont donnés à coeur joie. Tout peut se faire à vélo ou à pieds dans les alentours, marché, plages, jeux pour enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
