Condo was beautiful, clean and very accommodating. View was spectacular, the included beach chairs and umbrella, along with the paddle board and kayak was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Overall I’d give this trip a 10 out of 10.

The condo and the property were nice and clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking, The condo was next to a public beach access so Memorial Day Weekend the beach was really crowded. My complaint is that every day of our stay, there were three rows of beach chair/umbrella setups. These setups blocked the view of the beach and made it difficult to walk around.to get to the beach. I will not stay here again because of the crowded beach.

Went for family time 8 years to 85 years old went along Great for all ages!!! Pool and hot tub clean lots of chairs to set around and watch the kids play in the evening after being in the ocean all day Condo was clean and well supplied plenty of towels Bed were comfortable Fast elevator Couldn't have asked for a better trip

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family this week! We had a blast and made some awesome memories. Being able to see the ocean while making breakfast every morning and sitting on the balcony to drink coffee was so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

Navarre is perfect for a quiet beautiful vacation. The condo was clean with nice towels, well stocked kitchen, and nice clean furniture. The view was amazing from the balcony! Nothing negative to say! It was a perfect vacation close to home.

We did try to contact the property manager about the filthy deck and they did seem concerned but no response for 48 hours ! You do rent a ocean front condo to be outside after all ! The maid did come and did a really good job !

Beautiful condo. Everything on the description was correct. Our only problem was it was not cleaned very well. We didnt get to our condo until check in time so there is no excuse. Only 1 roll of toilet in each bathroom. I trash can liner for the kitchen. Front door lock was a problem. Balcony and furniture was very dirty.

On eleventh floor you could see all over. Saw kites flying and paragliding with fan motors and Pelicans flying by once in awhile. Condo was great! You do have to supply what they tell you especially, garbage bags for the week. There aren’t any spices to cook with so bring those as well. Would definitely go back to this condo👍

Came to Navarre after a week at Miramar Beach to visit with friends. Condo was immaculately clean, beautiful decor, comfy beds and the kitchen had everything a cook would need. Best condo I have ever stayed in and hope to return next year, Lord willing. Oh yeah, the beach was great too and not crowded. The young men with the chair/umbrella rental company were informative and courteous.

The communication with Southern Rentals was absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used VRBO on several occasions to book condo stays at Navarre and always have had excellent customer service. Southern rentals are not customer Friendly at all. I could never reach a live person to speak with everything was via email or text only to get a computer generated response.. I will not rent from this company ever again.

Property was exactly as described, very clean! Read the emails they send you, you’ll need a few necessities not provided. Absolutely picture perfect view! Our family needed a budget-friendly break and this condo and the people of Navarre made it awesome. Most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen and can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location right on the beach! Beautiful Condo, although the layout was odd and the half glass wall on the balcony front, along with solid walls on the side, made it very hot and stuffy. The view is gorgeous however! Master bedroom bed was AMAZINGLY soft and we would really like to know what brand the foam mattress topper was? The elevators are VERY HOT. The Caribbean Resort condos does NOT Have an on-site office. This made a difference, having no one to go and speak directly with. The luggage carts that we had to hunt for, were in the stairwell. The ramp that you must use to push your luggage cart on, or wheel chair,is very difficult to manuever. You must lift up the cart over an uneven lip onto the ramp, and then awkwardly turn the tight corner on second half of the ramp. The very large, heavy gate that leads to the pool is very hard to pull or push open and dangerous, as it has a very tight spring on it. All in all, beautiful location and condo, but the "resort" itself needs to address the issues mentioned here along with having someone on-site.
