Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for $585 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. Monthly rental available, message for details and rates.

House is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed looking at the decor. We were very comfortable and the pool was spectacular!! Elizabeth was very prompt getting back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here to celebrate my Moms birthday! It was so clean and close the beach. There was plenty of room amd the house is awesome. The owners turned the heat on for the pool, so nice. They were able to accommodate all of our needs.

We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach and have stayed on this same street several times. We’ve stayed in larger homes in the area but this time it was just our family (four people) so we didn’t need a huge house. This was perfect for us. The back yard and pool are awesome and look to have been updated recently.
The beach access is just two houses away so it’s super easy to get to the beach. The house is well stocked with beach stuff. A great wagon, plenty of chairs and beach toys. The beach and pool are certainly the highlights of the property.
The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of dining space and nice furniture inside. This was perfect for our needs and we’ll definitely stay here again if we head back down with a smaller group.

This house is truly amazing and well-appointed! The host is very accommodating and she has every single thing you will need for the beach to make your vacation spectacular. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful, and the pool itself is a great plus, that and being just a short walk to the private beach made our whole vacation! I didn't want to leave this beautiful house or area!

From the moment we arrived, my family and I loved it.
It was a comfortable home with all the necessities that we needed and much more. My experience with the owners was excellent, they answered my questions quickly and I actually met with one of the owners, Elizabeth, and she was soo sweet.
I will most definitely book with them again.

This beach house might be one of the best i've ever stayed at. Its beautifully done, the pool is great. The grill worked perfectly. The amount of floats, chairs, beach stuff is the most i've ever seen at a renteal. Kitchen was well stocked.
The only thing that i wish was different was more privacy in the master suite. Although it worked for us with young kids that go to bed early, the lack of doors, or walls could severely limit a group with older kids or multiiple families staying together. Also wasn't a fan of the saloon doors on the toilet room in the master bathroom.
But overall, a great place with a great location!

We had an amazing stay! The house was VERY clean, very comfortable and relaxing with wonderful views. The beach is just steps away. The beds were great and all bedrooms had televisions. The kitchen was very well supplied. The pool was incredible, especially at night with the fire pit going! We could not believe how well appointed this house was with “extras”. Quite a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, floats, pool noodles, games, skim board, boogie board, paddle board, surf board, bicycles in all sizes, helmets and more… they have thought of everything! The host was excellent. Elizabeth could not have been more thoughtful, kind and accommodating!! Quickly responding to all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful stay.

Property owner/manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - including a brand new crockpot, suggesting/offering to heat the pool, having the house ready/cleaned for an early check in etc! The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and beachhouse amenities (cornhole game, bikes, pool floats etc). The heated pool was a lifesaver due to cold Easter weekend temps…wish we had brought our portable outdoor fire pit (perhaps add to the amenities shed?!?). We loved the covered balconies facing the beach/Gulf. As a long term suggestion - convert the master on the third level from a loft to a true bedroom with walls & a door. A regular door to the water closet on the third level full bath and door to the bathroom area would help in the meantime. Me and my husband opted for the king on the second/main level for privacy/sound reasons but our son and his friends loved having the top to themselves! Thanks for a great trip!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Super easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We had two families and had plenty of room in the house. The bikes and beach accessories were an amazing surprise, everything we could possibly need for fun days at the beach. We would love to come back for another trip!

Highly recommend this house for anyone that has a pet . Fenced in back yard/ pool area with gates on decks in front and back to keep Fido corralled.

We had a wonderful trip all my wife wanted for our 25th wedding anniversary was to have all her children together for Christmas. Wow we picked the coldest Christmas and New Year’s in 30 years this house was so well appointed and the hosts were so accommodating and we could not have had a better trip unless of course it was 80° :)

We stayed at the property for the Snowball Derby. The property manager was extremely helpful, and the house was fully equipped to meet all our needs. I have stayed at many VRBO's before and this one checked all the boxes. The pool was perfect, along with the barbeque and firepit. The house has awesome views of the the ocean along with a 60 second walk to the beach from the house. We cant wait to go back there next year.

This is a wonderful property. Access to the gulf is steps away. views of the gulf from the plentiful balconies! Hearing the waves crash on the sand is music to the soul. The home had all kitchen needs for cooking and serving. All appliances were new and worked well. The backyard pool patio area was wonderful.

My family and I enjoyed hosting our daughter’s baby shower at Sunshine Beach House. The location was great, right on the beach. The home was spacious with the living room/kitchen/dining room being open and was perfect for guests. The outside set up allowed for ample room for guests to mingle. The place was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely look to rent again when the weather is not so cold so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor activities. Communication was great and host was extremely helpful. Having the elevator was a plus for transporting everything for the event to the second floor as well as guests who could not make the stairs. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Sunshine Beach House.

The house was very clean. Owners were very quick to respond and since they live next door, they were quick to come over and resolve any issues. The only complaint was the yard in the back. Not really pet friendly as this apparently is the season for Sand Spurs and our dog was covered in spiky spurs if he went wandering. But, when mentioned to Elizabeth, it was not even 10 minutes and she was over at the house giving us suggestions on where else to walk our pup. Overall, the house served our needs just fine. Having all the bikes available was great and it was a short walk over to the beach. We enjoyed our stay; wish it was a little warmer, but at least we were able to be at the beach. Thank you Elizabeth.

We were a party of 7; us, 3 of our adult kids and their significant others. It's a short and convenient walk to a very nice beach. The beach chairs and wheeled cart provided were much appreciated. We didn't locate any beach towels; not a problem, just something to be aware of while packing. Fortunately there are shops a short drive away where we bought some beach towels. There are many good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed dinner out a couple of times. But mostly we opted to cook our own meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. There's even a gas grill. ****The private swimming pool is wonderful!!!**** Beds are comfortable except for the pullout sofa beds in the living room. One of our kids is single so he slept on the pull out sofa and said it is not comfortable (he's not picky, so it must have been really uncomfortable for him to complain). Most rental homes have the bare minimum but that's not the case at Sunshine Beach House. It is well furnished. Even the artwork is tasteful. Plenty of seating areas on decks overlooking the ocean, and on the back deck and around the pool. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the upper floor bedroom and bathroom are open concept, so privacy is an issue. It wouldn't prevent us from staying again but some might have an issue with it. There are no light fixtures in the back yard so the only light for the swimming pool are the submersed lights in the pool. The pool deck is not lit at night. Not an issue during the day. We played cards at the large table pool side, which was super fun. We could have dined there also, but there is a large table in the dining room where we ate our meals. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again.
