About this house rental
Nestled in Holden Beach, this charming house for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ideal location 1/2 mile West of the bridge with quick on/off island. Very close private beach access, only for neighborhood (not a public CAMA access; so no available parking for daily beach goers - makes for less crowds on our stretch of beach). We furnish all linens and towels. Bed arrangement: King, queen, 4 twins (2 sets of bunk beds). *Dog friendly - 1 only considered with non-refundable $125 fee in addition to rental amount and refundable security deposit. No other pets besides dogs considered.. Recent updates: new RTIC 110 cooler for extra cold food/beverage storage, new patio chairs, festive outdoor string lights and new room darkening shades. Added dispensers for shampoo/conditioner & bath gel to each bathroom. Other recent improvements include: new flooring, new half bath. New 50" ROKU TV in main living area (June 2023). Stream TV or music of your choice Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, HBO Max, Spotify and many more with fast Wifi. Master bdr has 43" flatscreen TV, the 2 additional bdrs also have wall hung flatscreen TVs. King bed in master bdr. with 50" flatscreen TV, "Kid's room" has 2 bunk bed sets (4 total twin beds), Xbox One and Wii game consoles with a 40" Roku TV. Bdr #3 has a queen bed with 50' ROKU TV. Each bdr has room darkening draperies. Come join us for a week in our version of paradise. Here’s why: * One of the best rated, least crowded and most beautiful family beaches found anywhere. * Very private with no houses behind...we feel it's much better than 2nd row * Safe and located on a very quiet street yet very close proximity to the beach. Only approx. 250 yards to private neighborhood beach access so our section of beach is uncrowded *Wonderful water views of both Atlantic (front) and Intracoastal Waterway (back). *4 decks + patio + yard with 3 palm trees, a trellis with jasmine * Tasteful, spacious and renovated accommodations with much more space than most single family homes of similar price *Modern TV's and Audio/Video streaming entertainment choices through ROKU TV's * Pristine & uncrowded wide white-sand beach * Plenty of great dining choices, shopping and children’s amusements, all within a 2 mile radius. * Some of the best fishing and boating on the East Coast * Approximately 40 world class golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Holden Beach still offers a great alternative to the crowds and commercialism of nearby N. Myrtle Beach, which is only approximately 35 miles away or Wilmington beaches which are typically much more crowded. The unit is real nice on the inside, new floors and the bathrooms, 2.5, have been renovated nicely. Plenty of room for 6 people. Views on the top floor are nice, ocean and waterway. Owner very responsive to text as needed. House was very neat and clean upon arrival.

We accidentally lost the house keys and he was very understanding and took care of it right away. Would stay again and loved the view of the intracoastal waterway from the back and the beach views from the front. Would highly recommend!!

My 3 adult children and I stayed at this property. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room inside. The property owner and his wife were so kind and accommodating to any need. I would highly recommend this place!

BEST VACATION EVER
The house is just beautiful. Everything you need and then some is there. We were about two days into our vacation when Hurricane Isaisi hit. Rob checked on us continuously, making sure we were safe. His care for those staying at his place went above and beyond. He even connected us with his house keeper to get grocerys delivered to us!. I can't say enough for this house, those who take care of it and for those who own the property. We did have the best vacation ever!! By the way, Holden Beach is a beautiful family friendly beach!!

This home was very clean. It was bigger than it appears in the photos. The home had everything you would need. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the morning sunrise views of the river. It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful week at the beach!
One of the best beach rentals we have ever stayed in. Very clean and had everything we needed. Such a close walk to the beach, which was never very crowded. What we loved most about the house were all of the decks, where there was always a breeze. And the hammock too, which was a favorite napping spot. We are hoping to come back again next summer!

Very nicely furnished with top quality appliances and cookware - everything works perfectly. Nice quality linens, comfy furniture and mattress - all the comforts and a very short block and a half to the beautiful beach. Everything you need or want for a great Beach vacation is right here.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Island, Short Walk to Beach, Short Drive to Everything!
We totally enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. The house was beautiful. It had plenty of space for all of us and My grandsons said that the best part of our stay was that the beach was so close to the house. We walked to the beach almost every day and either flew kites, played in the sand , or played in the waves. The waves were very strong so we didn't swim much, the weather was also not very cooperative, but it was fun all the same. The beds were comfortable and The grandsons were glad to have the Roku to watch their special TV programs in the evening and they were very happy to have all the beach toys available, especially the boogie boards since we had to eliminate items from the car for space. My husband loved the balconies on the house. We had wonderful views from every porch! My daughter and son-in-law were very pleased with the kitchen and cooked several meals with the cookware provided. The large table was great. We all fit well although we could have done without the hammock being stored by the dining table.
I loved that the island was protective of turtles and watching the many varities of sea birds made my my heart sing!
The property is beautiful and I would recommend it to any family looking for a special week at the beach!

Within one minute walk to beach. Great home. Bedrooms were all upstairs and very close to each other but we had plenty of room. Decks with ocean and waterway views. Would rent again

Great house & great location
We had a fantastic time at Holden Beach and the house was perfect! The second floor deck off the kids room and queen bedroom was a favorite hangout spot. The view of the ocean from the deck was awesome and traffic was so light that you could hear the waves crashing. The location was great and it was just a quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. We had four adults and our two teenage daughters and everyone had a great time. The only downside was that we were only there one week. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back again.

Nice house with short walk to the beach
We enjoyed our week at the beach! Even though this is fourth row, the walk is very easy. Only down fall of the house is the washing machine is very loud - we learned to wash our clothes when we were gone or went to bed.

Just WOW!!
First trip to Holden Beach! We had an excellent family vacation. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Spent every morning sitting on top deck, drinking coffee and watching the ocean. Everything we needed was there. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Shower area outside was so convenient and private. Then we were able to dry off in the sun on the back deck. Restaurants in Holden were excellent and very reasonable. Will definitely go back!

Cozy house, large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids
Overall, good. House has an Xbox and roku tv, for relax time at night (nice for kids when they get board). Washer and especially drier are loud, sucks because it Is below the one adult bedroom and located right next to living room. Evrything else was great, owners response to direct emails was great. The owners have made definite attempts to improve the home. Downstairs laminate appears to be tounge and groove and is in excellent condition (either newer or unabused).Entainment systems are all updated (nothing old). Living room leather couch, very comfy. Many bathroom updates throughout the home, including a nicely installed ceramic shower.We saved money by visiting the local grocers and making our own meals, there was ample room for B/L/Dinner in the home with 6 people. The house is a good (great is reserved for ocean view, my bias) vacation spot (especially considering it has 4 decks and is quite close to beach access.).Alot cleaner than our house last year, at oak island. The owners seem like very nice folk, and for the 2 or 3 years we've been visiting holden beach and oak island this has been the cleanest kept (and for the most part) updated home we've stayed at. Hope my review helps.

We were looking for a relaxing and uncrowded beach and found that at Holden.
The owner was very accommodating and responded to questions timely. Thank you!! The bathrooms were updated( a plus) and the place had basically all we needed. The reason we didn't give it 4/5 was the mattresses were not very comfortable but that wasn't that big of a deal since we aren't living there☺️. The location is awesome- close to beach and the bridge. Overall our stay was great!!

Very peaceful! Good location
The condo is not right on the beach but the views from the upper balconies are great of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach. We like it because it backs up to the inter coastal waterway and there are no houses behind you so very private and enjoyable. Lots of good bird watching. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
