About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in one of the historical sites of Florence: via Maggio, next to the Pitti Palace and the famous Boboli Garden and it's just a few minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio.
The street itself has always been the street of the antique shops in Florence, however, since it's only a short walk from the historical square of Santo Spirito, the area is surrounded by typical local restaurants and by many other shops for each type of need.
The Palace, though very old, in fact it belonged to the Corsini family until the XIXth century and then to the Rosselli del Turco family it is still under the protection of the Fine Arts, but has a modern elevator and the apartment maintains the beauty of a conservative restoration and provides all the amenities and comforts that, today less than ever, we could do without.
In the apartment there is a spacious living room of 40 sqm, a separate dining room with a dining table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom en suite with a shower.
The second bedroom has also a king size bed and both the bedrooms has original drawings on the walls. There is second bathroom with a huge shower.
In the loft there is another king size bed and a full bathroom en suite with a shower.
In the apartment there is AC in all the rooms, WIFI internet access and it is 1292 square feet.
The renovation has been completed in October 2013 so the apartment is brand new and accurate in every detail. Since then an additional Venetian Chandelier has been installed in the dining room.

This is a very nice apartment in an ideal location, close to everything. We are 2 grandparents traveling with an adult daughter and two granddaughters, 20 and 15. The 3 bedrooms each have a bath, but the bath attached to the upstairs loft where the younger girls stayed had shower issues, so they had to shower downstairs. To get to the loft you must go up a spiral staircase that could be intimidating to small children or older folks. The apartment is on the 5th? floor of the building and is accessed by an elevator or stairs. WiFi was a bit erratic but worked usually. I would love to see a full length mirror in the main bedroom, but, otherwise, it was a delightful stay in Florence. We loved the location, somewhat less frantic than across the river, and walking distance from all the important sites and so many awesome restaurants. I recommend this as a great value and comfortable space for your time in Florence. Francoise was responsive, helpful and gracious.

Nice big apartment that had a wonderful location! Check in went very quickly and smoothly. Communication was excellent. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! Felt very safe and the elevator was a life saver!!!! Would definitely recommend!

The property is close to everything. Not exactly a brand new apartment as listed. I considered it as partially renovated.
