Relaxing atmosphere, roomy, well stocked. No AC but ceiling fans and lots of windows keep the interior cool. Property Managers are responsive and pleasant. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Easy to find. Well situated and local fruit and food stands are abundant in the area.We had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.

We had such a wonderful stay! The area was quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by amazing views that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool table—it was a fun way to wind down in the evenings. The location was perfect for us: about a 30-minute drive to town with some really scenic stops along the way. And just down the road, we found an incredible Thai spot with some of the best Thai food we’ve had in a while! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful setting.

This is a great place to come with family. Central location between Hilo and volcano. We had a place for everyone and the pool table was a plus.
Check in and out was easy. Hosts was responsive to questions.

Our on-island host was very responsive. However, the home was a bit rustic, there were several times we had to contact her to learn how to use appliances - no written instructions. We love to cook and there were minimal utensils and dishware. Also the four dogs next door barked a lot especially early in the morning. The yard and garden need significant maintenance.
