Clean, excellent location.
Shower was very small.

We arrived late and the restaurant staff were so friendly and checked us in with ease. Prior to arriving at the property I had been messaging via the app and Louise and the team were so helpful and informative. The whole process was really easy! We then had food in the restaurant and it was delicious and good value for money. The restaurant staff also continued with their excellent and friendly service. When we were leaving too early for breakfast Louise suggested a local business down the road and we had delicious sausage sandwiches. The room was cosy but big enough for what we needed and the bed was super comfy!
The room was cold to start with but the number was answered immediately and we were informed that it was a hive system and they would turn it on which they did instantly. It could only be improved by it already being turned on on the chilly nights so the room is warm as you arrive. Would also love some decaf coffee in the drinks box.

Convenience, ease of access, (once I’d found the door).
The lady who came in to clean in the mornings was extremely friendly
No allocated parking.
We had one of the smaller rooms and it was very small, it was big enough but another time we would pay a little extra for the comfort a slightly bigger room would give

Huge menu but small choice. Generous portions and good coffee. Friendly staff everywhere however!
Bottles of water in room. Better security. Front door didn’t open or lick. Tissues and cotton wool pads/balls in room. Better housekeeping needed. Room was very small.
This is hopefully constructive criticism.!👍
