LAGUNA BEACH

Hotellil on kaunilt kujundatud hooldatud aed.

Personali kärarikkas suhtlemine hommikul kell kuus kui tööle asuti. Olime sunnitud kõik koos ärkama.

The hotel facilities are excellent and very new. The rooms are spacious. The beach is also beautiful.

Making payments at the hotel was a major issue; credit card processing was unreliable—I tried many times but succeeded only once. This is a disaster for a resort hotel, because you need to bring plenty of cash. Furthermore, despite claiming to offer currency exchange services, they actually don't. The exchange rate for direct US dollar payments was also terrible: on the day I stayed, it was 3,200, whereas the official rate was 4,500 and the rate at exchange shops was 3,900. All in all, the hotel doesn't offer good value for money, even though the facilities are decent.

Great location and ameneties. The rooms were comfortable and bed-nets were provided. Staff was welcoming and customers service was great. The spa service for the massage was very relaxing and the pool area very well maintained.

Nothing! We love everything here. We even got to stay an extra night as our flight was cancelled and the airline booked an extra night for us. we loved it here!
