Our Condo: • Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cordoba GROUND FLOOR, 1900 Sq Ft plus 799 Sq Ft of patio space. • Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management and both stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort years ago. • PASSPORTS or PASSPORT Cards ARE REQUIRED For Anyone over 15 years of age. NO refunds for any Holiday dates that include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve. Condo features: • A 75' wall mounted Smart TV in the Family Room, Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar and sub-woofer. • All bedrooms offer large wall mounted Smart TV's. • High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one), free Wi-Fi for your own laptop and digital WALL SAFE big enough for a laptop. • 2 large bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen/king bunk, and a new 3rd “free Bonus bunk room offering a twin/full bunk. • There is additional guest sleeping in the great room, but we have removed the always uncomfortable sleeper sofa with a sectional and 60" ottoman that creates a sleeping area 96" long x 60" wide. Second time staying here we absolutely love this place. Recently renovated the owner did a fantastic job decorating and giving it a luxury feel! First floor makes it that much nicer we will be trying to book at this location every time we go to Mexico!

Overall It was very relaxing. The property was beautiful and the place was very Clean, the maids and ground keepers were very Friendly and Accommodating.check in process I felt was rude we arrived 30 minutes before 4 o'clock check in time and they made us wait to exactly 4 o'clock to check in!????

This is the best condo I've ever stayed in. First floor and right next to the lazy river was the best. So clean and all areas of the condo were up to date. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. I've been to Rocky Point and have stayed at Las Palomas a few times now but I have to say this is on of my favorite condos by far.

This is our second time at Las Palomas, we love the resort and our first time staying in Ben’s condo. The pictures don’t show how nice and big this condo is. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is very clean. Since the beginning of the booking, Ben was super informative and attentive. We have little kids and appreciate the condo is on the ground level. If you enjoy a comfortable, clean and modern place don’t look anywhere else. It books really fast as well and now I know why. Would definitely come back again. My favorite condo in Rocky Point! Thank you Ben. : )

The lazy river is only feet from the massive ground floor patio. The floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the ocean and pools at Los Palomas. The staff was very friendly, and the owner has provided for all of the guest's needs. Very clean spacious condo. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are able.

Great spot for families! On the ground floor so it’s easy to get to the pool and back up to the condo for lunch or if the kids need a swim break. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hotel was clean and friendly. Will definitely be booking another vacation here.

Ben’s condo was very clean and in the perfect location! It looks just like the pictures, we were not disappointed at all. Being just steps away from the pool and beach was extremely convenient. The resort was great as well. My son was in the pool all day everyday and during that time we advantage of the pool bar service which ran like a well oiled machine. The staff was great! The beach is beautiful as well, we managed to collect a whole bucket of sea shells which my toddler loved. We will definitely be making this our go to family trip! Thanks Ben

Check in simple, “be sure to utilize the pre-checkin process”. This was mentioned in other reviews, but the parking was in fact amazing, literally right outside your front door quick and simple. Lastly, the swim up bar steps away from your patio, beach activities steps away and a drink refill steps away. We’ll be back, thank you for a great experience.

Thoroughly, enjoyed the stay. The property was as advertised and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. Very nice place. I would highly recommend it and would try to stay there again. Really loved the location, the amenities, decor, plush towels, comfy beds and beautiful bedding, everything was new and beautiful and everything was up to date!!
