Just a 15 minute drive from the Charlottetown airport and you will be downtown on the waterfront living the best a contemporary life has to offer within beautiful historic Charlottetown. This modern 1300 sq. ft condo suite is within a three- story complex of exclusive, privately owned residences. Your unit on the second floor and includes elevator service and indoor parking. It also offers a full, up-close, view of the cruise ship harbor and marina. . You are a short walk from historic Great George Street that leads the way to PEI’s legislature building, Confederation Centre of the Arts theatre, art gallery, artisan shops as well as many excellent restaurants. Confederation Landing Park is next door. Step outside and follow the boardwalk as it follows the harbour, passes the Lt. Governor’s home and leads to the city’s largest park that features nature trails and 10 tennis courts. All of this within a 10 minute walk. There is no need for a car if you are staying within the city. If you do decide to rent a car, you are centrally located to travel the beautiful countryside of PEI where you can choose to play at some of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Canada or enjoy long walks on sand-dune beaches scattered along the coast line of the Island. A very beautiful condo in a great location. Overlooking the water, a great view of the cruise ships coming and going. Easy to walk to restaurants. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. Had an easy drive to other sights on PEI. Parking was great. There’s a very nice coffee shop 5 minute walk away.

This condo is certainly 5 star and in an incredible location. Almost everything with in 5-30 mins walk. lots of stores near the condo and eatery. This condo was the best, cleanest and well stocked place. The condo was so quiet and even though near the cruise ship dock was so quiet. I have stayed through VRBO. I would definitely go to PEI again and stay at this condo again. Thank you fred (owner) for the pleasure

Fred and Jean’s condo is a perfect place to explore PEI. We were able to travel to all points in the island, see the sights, play some golf, take walks and hikes and of course climb lighthouses and then return to the beautiful condo. So we’ll appointed, perfect for our 5 days getting to know PEI. Fred and Jean are super nice, gave us good suggestions- especially the Prince and Water Corner store, which is a restaurant and fish market! We tried it both ways: bought high quality seafood restaurants o cook ourselves and ate in as well. Loved it. It was a very pleasant and relaxing place to be!

This condo met our needs and then some. It is in comfortable walking distance of many great restaurants and also the Westin Hotel where we attended a conference. The balcony provided a great place for relaxing and viewing the harbor. We enjoyed meeting our host, Fred, who personally check us in and introduced us to the property. I would highly recommend this rental for a quiet and well-located stay in Charlottetown.

A perfect stay in the heart of this beautiful city. Every room has a view of the harbour! We enjoyed visiting in the large living room or on the stunning balcony watching the various activities of the harbour, including cruise ship day! Steps outside your door you can find shops, live music, a long harbour boardwalk, and COW’s ice cream! This is the perfect location for an island adventure! The condo was spotless. Excellent kitchen, beautiful bedrooms. I would not pass this condo up, you will be so pleased. My husband and I stayed here with our senior mother and adult cousin, and it met the needs of very one of us.

Very comfortable accommodations with great view of marina. Excellent hosts who met us at condo & reviewed everything we needed to know. We especially loved the huge shower in primary bath. Kitchen was well stocked. We’ll stay here again if it’s available.

The property was beautiful, clean and the hosts were wonderful to work with. This condo is in walking of distance of bars, eateries and shopping. The view from the living room , balcony and master bedroom overlooks the harbor (which is a stunning view). I can not write enough positive things about this place and the hosts.

This flat looks over Charlottetown harbour, has parking for one car and is in walking distance of many attractions in downtown Charlottetown. It is well equipped, the owners are friendly and helpful, the flat beautifully decorated and fully equipped. satisfied. This a perfect base for exploring PEI with day trips by car

If you want a waterfront, downtown Charlottetown experience, this is your spot! We loved watching the cruise ships and it was an easy walk to restaurants in town plus the parks and tourist spots of town! For the two of us, the condo was HUGE but it was a great location and space for the price!
