The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and super attentive. As soon as we were done with a plate , they would come clear it. Rooms are very big and comfortable. WiFi worked very well. The location is nice, right on the highway. Overall , the comfort level for the price is really good. The toiletries provided are of a high quality and avuryedic.

Check-in staff were friendly but no explanation was given on checkout time, breakfast area etc. I asked the questions and got the responses but it was not given voluntarily as is the case in other hotels.

Location on the highway was an advantage for me. Neat, nice cozy room. Staff were helpful. Check-in and out were quick. Room service was good. Breakfast spread was good. It was a night halt si did not explore the property. Overall, the stay was good. Would recommend highly.

Clean environment and best location

The location makes for a great pitstop to break a Goa -Bom drive. It was very comfortable and clean. I was happy because my family is super fussy about clean linen and sanitary bathrooms. The food at the restaurant was good, a variety of cuisines, very well priced and the kitchen specially cooked food for my 3yr old. For an overnight stop it's ideal.

The rooms at the Fern were large and spacious. The wifi connection was exceptionally good. Large parking area, friendly staff and good meal options all made for a comfortable stay at the Fern Satara.
