Affordable, adequate rooms in General Luna

Affordable rooms in General Luna, clean and comfortable, friendly people and breakfast was ok.

choices of food and drinks were rather limited in the resort and the surroundings at walking distance.

had to move out of the place less than 2hrs after arrival!!!

owner was polite and greeted us upon arrival.

initial villa had no remote for the aircon. we got moved to a second villa where apparently it was "cleaned thoroughly" but once we laid down, the bed had bugs and what could be eggs!! pillow had stains and spots, sink was dirty!

Perfect for young couples / travellers, not for those with young family or baby

The staff were kind enough. Unfortunately when we were told that there's going to be a renovation in the place, we didnt know it was most of it. i.e there was no restaurant. Regretfully this didnt work for us as we were travelling with a young baby.

The location. We didnt know it was that far from town. We walked carrying a young baby to town as public transport wasnt that easy. Not many tricycles pass in the afternoon.

Exceptional

Really lovely and quiet accommodation with a lot of greenery, plus near to General Luna by scooter. Staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious. Would definitely come back.

The staff were all so accomodating and pleasant.

No other amenities you can enjoy or explore, for the same amount you can check other places with swimming pool, restaurant and bar. You will only have the room to sleep in so this is ideal if you are only looking for a place to sleep in

Still a building site, very noisy.

The room decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned well every day.

There was a lot of noise from construction during our stay, both from G-villas and surrounding area. Noise began from around 6:30-7:00 am every day and was very loud. On several days we had no hot water and on one day no water at all in the villa. Although the property is advertised as being 150m from the beach there is no access so in reality the nearest beach is around 10mins scooter drive away. There is not much else near the villa such as bars or restaurants (none on site) so renting scooter is a must.

Exceptional

I like the location of the Villa, the area is quiet and near the restaurants and Cloud 9. The private villa is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and they will clean your room everyday and will refill bottled water with coffee. They also have a kitchen area inside your villa so you don’t have to worry if you need utensils and refrigerator! Their staff is very friendly and accommodating and will respond to your needs ASAP. G Villas is definetly worth your money. Plus the interior design of the Villa is very instagram worthy! will definitely book G villas again on our next Siargao trip!
