It was there!

The hotel was there! ✔️ The staff were efficient and helpful. ✔️ The water was hot✔️ The lights worked ✔️ There was a bed✔️

The size of the room was one up from a Japanese sleeping pod✖️ Not enough storage, wardrobes, etc, even using the window sills ✖️ For two people, it is best to work out a plan on how to move around the room without bumping into each other ✖️ Postage stamp size towels ✖️ Using the shower was a challenge, and it was best to adopt a dance where the hands and arms are elevated above the head to keep the lights in the shower room on✖️ Know shelves in the shower cubicle, so everything is placed on the floor ✖️ Sitting on the toilet is a challenge to not get your left leg jammed under the wash-hand basin unit✖️ Free standing oil filled electric plug-in radiator for heating ✖️ Stairs were dirty ✖️ If this was your first experience with hotels, I doubt you would try again ✖️

L'hôtel en lui même très agréable.

La gestion du personnel horrible. Réservation de la chambre sur Booking pour des clients car impossible de me renseigner a l'hôtel directement et de réserver avec eux car jamais personne. l'annonce Booking stipule paiement sur place avec petit déjeuner compris. On m'appelle 3 jour avant en me disant que la chambre sera débité sur mon compte ( je leur avais bien averti que j'ai effectué la réservation de mon compte mais que ce n'était pas pour moi ) et les clés de la chambre seront à récupérer dans un autre hôtel. De la on me raccroche au nez et me disant "on peut pas faire autrement c'est comme sa, le personnel est en vacances et qu'il n'y a personne pour effectuer le paiement des clients et leur donné les clés". Du jamais vu ! désagréable et une très mauvaise organisation.

Répondait parfaitement aux attentes !

Hôtel déco actuelle de très bon goût, très bien équipé, très propre, tous les équipements sont propres neufs, literie est de très bonne qualité, climatisation/chauffage performante, accueil agréable.

Séjour agréable, confortable et pratique ! mais pas bien adapté pour 2 dans une même chambre.

Le confort, la propreté et l'accueil étaient parfait. Merci

La salle de bain avec porte vitrée coulissante n'est pas du tout pratique lors d'un partage de chambre au delà d'un couple ! l'intimité ne pouvant être assurée et la lumière étant gênante quand l'autre dort. Par ailleurs, le détecteur de présence dans la salle de bain est idéal pour les WC en évitant les oublis, mais en prenant ma douche de nuit je me suis trouvé rapidement dans le noir puisque le capteur n'est pas dans la zone de douche. Pas bien pratique !!

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage

Das Zimmer war max. 12qm groß, gebucht hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer mit 15qm! Hotel ohne Rezeption, Schlüsselübergabe sollte im gegenüberliegenden Hotel stattfinden, das aber geschlossen war! Sehr schwierig, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen! Im Badezimmer gab es keine Haken für die Handtücher.

Minor points: 1. shower was a wet room, but floor did not slope properly so some water ran towards toilet. 2. Curtains left a gap at side.

Nice hotel, good choice for a short stay.

Spacious room, good bed.

It takes getting used to go to another hotel with your questions and for checking in and out. It’s not that I didn’t like it, it felt odd.

Good room - but no service

Sunday, the hotel was locked, there was no reception and the first hotline was not staffed. The second number worked but the guy couldn't speak any English and was extremely unfriendly. I'm still waiting for a promised callback (catastrophe). The same at breakfast - the guy from the coffee bar was so demotivated and didn't even removed to his second AirPod. The only bright spot was the girl at the check-out. nice and friendly

Very good

Good hotel for a one-night stay when travelling. Easy to find, parking in front of the house, old town with restaurants, shopping and Cathedral (worth to visit) in walking distance (10-15 min). Newly renovated rooms, nice colors and fittings, quite stylish; effective airconditioning and good windows (effective noise reduction from rather busy road). Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast with a variety of fresh cakes, fruit, meat and cheese and more at a very reasonable price.

Double rooms are mostly very small, no space for luggage/clothing and beds are rather narrow (good for one night and if your luggage is not too voluminous), however, for longer stays I would prefer larger rooms.

Nice and cozy

The breakfast, the staff ( suuuuper nice)! The hotel was quite clean and even if it was in front of the central station we were not bothered by noise. The area is nice as well, not dangerous like in big cities.

I liked everything. I would only have a small remark on the sensor light in the bathroom.. it might be good to have it replaces with a normal light as while the shower it kind off goes off :))
