Approach from the main road was like a narrow lane.

The property was well located, with a gorgeous pool and picturesque grounds, covered in greenery with plenty of places to chill, bringing a bit of tranquility to the chaos of Baga.
We weren’t overly bothered by it, but just to note that the music and noise from the surrounding streets and bars could be heard all day and night. We were there over Holi which may have something to do with this, but while it felt far away from the chaos, you could definitely still hear it.
The room was lovely and felt extremely good value for money, but equally was quite dusty - it felt like it hadn’t been swept through properly with hairs and dirt coming up on anything we dropped on the floor, which was surprising because the rest of the room was cleaned, lovely bedding and towels provided - maybe just a one-time error?
I also tried to amend my booking down to one night and whilst I got assurances it was changed on their system and just not showing on booking.com, we got there and they had no recollection of me changing the booking. We paid for two nights when we only needed the one, which because it was such good value wasn’t the end of the world, but slightly annoying!

Only the good thing is staff is helpful.
The property is old and not maintained properly. All over the room and washroom there are many stains and its not at all cleaned properly. There are green and black spots which are damps beside bed and in washrooms which doesn’t feel hygienic at all. There is minimal lighting in property and so many insects are there, as the property has plenty of plants and trees even good lighting would help tourists to walk in n around of the property safely without any insects or bugs issues.
