Excellent value for your bucks. Landlord explained everything thoroughly with patience. I had no problem in getting all information that I needed even with my limted command of Spanish.
This is not much of an issue, but the bathroom light and fan are automated. They will be turmed on when you get in the bathroom. The problem is they will stay on several minutes after you are done. It gets annoying late at night.

Very clean and in convenient location. Owners are very nice and helpful.
The walls are so thin I could here the snoring of the person in the next room.

Mostly the location in the staff.
The ring was way too small. The hours for the front desk and reception and restaurant were completely disruptive and incorrect.

The location.
The walls were very thin, the furniture and decor basic, the mattress quite hard, and the welcome was not exactly effusive.
