The location was excellent - just a block to the amenities of Regents Rd so great restaurants close by, good supermarket and easy access to the hop on / hop off bus. Rooms were a reasonable size and two bathrooms is a bonus. The apartment is sunny and light, and while the outlook is nothing special was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Excellent laundry facilities. Excellent communication from Karen, and friendly security staff on duty.
Pleasant outdoor area.
Reasonably safe area to navigate and cheap to uber anywhere we needed to go.
It would be great if there had been two showers and aircon in the living area. There were workmen arriving outside our apartment each morning early and they were quite loud. It didn't worry us, but if you'd been wanting to sleep in it'd have been impossible. Their portaloo was below our balcony and they were happy to use it with the door wide open! The clothes airer appeared to be broken although we still managed to use it.
Power points in the smaller bedroom were in awkward places. The hairdryer in the second bathroom didn't appear to work. Some hints re power outlets would've been useful. I could only find one socket that the hairdryer in the main bathroom would fit in and there was no mirror anywhere near that plug.
The sofa is uncomfortable but there was plenty of other seating.
Some extra towels and some bathmats would have been a bonus.

Location, and Karen who is an extremely lovely lady
It could be cleaner, there were some minor mishaps on the last two days:
Hot water not available in both bathrooms, not being able to lock bedroom doors, cupboard is broken, bathroom door does not close properly
