The room was bright and clean- we arrived early and our room was ready
Air con was very good
Good communication from host
No access to outdoor seating area- behind a locked gate
Walk from old town was only 15 minutes walk but this was up many many many steps ( we are relatively fit and active)
No place to leave luggage on 10am check out

A quiet room with a lovely garden.
A pleasant stay for our 2 nights we had in dubrovnik. A very convenient shop close by.
I hadn't realised the old town of dubrovnik was at the bottom of a hill. But taxis are abundant

Great property with lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Instructions were really simple, we got in no problem. It's perfect for travellers with a car, your couldn't be closer to the restriction zone. It's a short walk into the old town. Fridge space, kettle and microwave was so useful so we could have a bite to eat in the morning.
