Do not stay if you don’t have a car

Cute little town but you MUST have a car to reach it. Bus is very infrequent and it’s a long walk from the major road/bus lines.

The keys were not there when I arrived. They should have mentioned that it was not suitable for those without a car.

Mostly ok

Comfy bed, clean towels, nice facilities!

There was a VERY strong smell in the room. It wasn't a bad smell, it was probably one of automatic aroma things, but it was so overwhelming we had to keep the windows open most of the time! We also didn't like the area surrounding the location.

Superb

Clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. Sea beach was at walking distance.

The wifi signal was initially not strong enough. The signal was better later. The other issue was that I couldn't find a supermarket nearby. I should have asked the staff.

Very good

Nice big flat for one person. Full equiped kitchen. Pozo Izquierdo is quiet, small town at see. Good prize for this flat. Only one small problem is 3,5 kilometrers to Doctoral / Vicindario - nearest bigger town with shops, buses, so good idea is to rent bicycle or rent car.

Nice apartment in a beautiful location

All the clear instructions to get there, the beautiful location in a small village near the beach, the restaurants, the nice people, the large comfy bed, the staff very nice, the kitchen with all that you need, all the hangers to put the clothes, the beautiful roof terrace. I totally recommend

I didn't have luck because it was the beginning of their opening, the wifi was off and a power cut, but they were very helpful and nice to me. The shower a bit narrow for me. The noise from the neighbours

Overall, great value for the money.

The property was clean. The location is also good. Beach is nearby.

The apartments within Seagull Estudios are closely linked with each others. My family and myself couldn't sleep well first night because of guests in the upper apartment, it was so noisy late in the night and early in the morning.

Quite and relaxed stay.

Location was great! Stone throw from the sea shore. Lot of parking around. Clean and you have everything in your apartment that you might need during your stay.

Warm water for the bath runs out in the middle of the shower. This was a minor discomfort.

Superb

The room was rather big. There were everything one might need in the room: microwave oven, electric cooker, kettle, fridge, cattery, crockery, scissors, iron, TV. Everywhere and everything was very clean. The apartment is in close proximity to the beach. It is not the best beach in Gran Canaria, but still you can go swimming there and it is not that touristy or crowded. Good communication with the staff via email or WhatsApp. Quick response if you need anything

There was no view from the window, just a wall. It was about 45 min walk to the bus stop or shopping center. But I didn't mind a bit of exercise on my holiday. Alternatively you could get a taxi which was not expensive.

Excellent value for money

Good size room for 1-2 people, bathroom with powerful shower and constant hot water, hairdryer and suncream was a nice touch too, shower gel provided, host very helpful and informative with any questions, little gem of a place

Nice location!

Very good location, close to the seafront. If you want to get around, you'd better have a car. The town is a bit off the main roads, and there is only two small supermarkets in town. The appartment was large, with everything you need for self-catering.

There were no windows (ground floor appartment), so it feels a bit dark. Only matters if you're planning to stay inside much though.

I picked to location, so I think is irrelevant. was not big byt good for the time we needed it. clean and had all amenities we require. helpfull and fast reply from the staff.

no windows to the street, only to the corridor, this might be a local common thing, not sure
