Beautiful hotel, spotless pool area and amazing buffet breakfast. Staff were fabulous - would highly recommend if you’re using the airport. Free shuttle to the airport and late check out available. We will be back.

Perfect stopover

The reception staff and housekeeping were very nice. The shower had hot water The shuttle to and from the airport The orange juice was great. The easy access to getting a rental car was helpful The pool are was enjoyable to lay out in the sun

The pool was too cold for use. The bar staff were not friendly and wanted to charge 3 EUR to bring up a spoon to the room, after I had a spoon in the room that the maids took down. We were not able to book a car rental for our whole stay through the hotel and I found this to be upsetting. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The bar wouldn’t serve food before 20.00 The location is right next to a shopping mall and not much else. The walls were so thin we got woken up every morning by conversations in the next room. Hotel were not helpful about questions about buses or city questions Most of of amenities were mediocre, not great places to sit down or enjoy. Most rooms were not used like piano bar or salon. Hallways smelled. Room didn’t have a nice view Had to unplug excuse for a tv because it turned on every time we came to the room. Room was outdated and no sitting area.
