Eine kleine aber feine und saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, obwohl der Strand nahe ist. In diesem Sommer hat uns die Klimaanlage vor allem über die Mittagszeit sehr gut getan. Die Nachbarn (ich gehe davon aus einige sind feste Bewohner) waren auch sehr freundlich und wir konnten den vorhandenen Pool neben Ausflügen zum Strand ausgiebig genießen.
Fußläufig erreichbar finden sich einige gute Restaurants und auch Lebensmittel konnte man sich in der Nähe holen, wenn man sich eine Kleinigkeit selber kochen wollte.
Auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist gut nutzbar, im Zweifelsfall rückwärts einparken, dann geht das auch mit einem etwas längerem Fahrzeug.
Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte dann, das es in der Wohnung schlechten Internet Empfang gibt und der freundlicherweise bereit liegende Hot Spot nicht funktioniert. Hier war allerdings auch keine Sim Karte eingesteckt, eventuell ist es dafür gedacht seine eigene Sim-Karte einzulegen.
Wenn man etwas für Ausflüge recherchieren möchte oder für andere Dinge Internet Empfang benötigt, empfehlen wir aber Nachgang sich mit einem Glas Wein in den Garten zu setzen. Hier funktioniert es ausreichend ;-)

We liked the location two blocks from the lake and a relatively short walk to restaurants, stores and bus stops. It was nice not to need a car. We rented bikes a half mile away and used them for the two days we were there.
The air conditioner in the front room didn't seem to work. And humorously we couldn't find the utensils or garbage bags. Both were in places we hadn't expected. :) As the unit was new on the list for the property manager, they didn't know where things were either and didn't know if the airconditioner had been tested before our arrival. Perhaps we misssed something? Additionally it would've been easier to leave the keys in a lock box or inside the house rather than taking them to another location upon departure, but we knew we were going to do that, so we planned accordingly.
